OMELET MET GROENTEN EN KAAS:
Aantal porties: 2
Bereidingstijd: 10 minuten
Ingrediënten:
3 eieren, licht losgeklopt
1 eetlepel melk
1 eetlepel gesnipperde ui
2 gehakte champignons
2 eetlepels gehakte rode paprika
2 eetlepels gehakte groene paprika
¼ kop geraspte kaas, light of vetloos
¼ theelepel knoflookpoeder
zout en peper naar smaak
1. Zet de verdeelpan in de Xpress Redi-Set-Go.
2. Doe wat antiaanbakspray in de pan en verwarm het apparaat voor.
3. Meng alle ingrediënten.
4. Schenk het mengsel gelijkmatig verdeeld over beide helften in de pan.
5. Bak 10 minuten of totdat de omeletten luchtig en goudbruin zijn en een mes dat u
in het midden steekt weer schoon uit de omelet komt.
CATHY’S TIP: Gebruik de mini-pan wanneer u omelethapjes wil maken.
Voor cholesterolvrije omeletten vervangt u de eieren door ½ kop eivervanger.
Voor een spinazie-feta omelet vervangt u de paprika door een kop verse of goed
uitgelekte gekookte spinazie en de geraspte kaas door 2 eetlepels fetakaas.
Voor een western omelet vervangt u de kaas door 2 eetlepels gehakte ham.
Voor een Foe Yong Hai omelet vervangt u de paprika door 2 eetlepels taugé. Voeg
dan ook 2 eetlepels gekookte, gehakte garnalen, kip of varkensvlees toe evenals een
½ theelepel sojasaus.
