GEROERBAKTE GARNALEN MET COURGETTE:
Wie zegt dat Chinees eten een afhaalmaaltijd moet zijn? Probeer dit eenvoudige
roerbakgerecht zelf eens op een doordeweekse dag.
Ingrediënten voor 4 porties:
Marinade:
1/8 theelepel zout
1 eiwit
¼ theelepel maïzena
snufje witte peper
± 335 gr middelgrote garnalen, gepeld en schoongemaakt, zonder staart
Saus:
2 eetlepels water
2 eetlepels groentebouillon
scheutje sesamolie
1½ theelepel maïzena
¼ kop roerbakolie (optioneel)
1 teentje knoflook, geraspt
2 chilipepers (zaad verwijderd en dungesneden)
± 225 gr courgette (in blokjes van 2,5 bij 1 cm gesneden)
Bereiding:
Doe zout, eiwit, maïzena en peper in een kom en roer goed door.
Doe de garnalen bij de marinade.
Meng de ingrediënten voor de saus (water, bouillon, sesamolie en maïzena) in
een kom en zet apart.
Roerbak in de Orgreenic wokpan of een grote koekenpan de knoflook en de
chilipepers totdat de geur vrijkomt.
Haal de garnalen uit de marinade.
Roer de garnalen door het mengsel in de pan en roerbak tot ze gaar zijn (een
beetje roze).
Haal de garnalen uit de pan en zet ze apart.
Roerbak nu de courgette.
Voeg de saus aan de wolkpan toe en roer de garnalen erdoor.
Doe over op een serveerschaal en serveer direct.
