GEBAKKEN TILAPIA:
Een zachte witvissoort die makkelijk te bereiden is!
Ingrediënten voor 4 porties:
1 blik tomaat in blokjes (± 415 ml)
8 groene olijven met piment, in plakjes gesneden
8 ontpitte zwarte olijven, in plakjes gesneden
4 teentjes knoflook, fijngehakt of platgedrukt
4 tilapiafilets ongeveer 2½ cm dik
3 eetlepels geraspte vetarme parmezaanse kaas
Bereiding:
Verwarm de oven voor op 190 °C.
Terwijl de oven op temperatuur komt schenkt u de tomaatblokjes met vocht in
een Orgreenic steelpan.
Roer de olijven, knoflook, zout, peper en peterselie erdoor.
Verhit totdat het geheel net begint te koken.
Leg de visfilets op het tomatenmengsel en bestrooi met parmezaanse kaas.
Bak de vis onafgedekt totdat ze in het midden ondoorzichtig zijn (± 15-30
minuten)
Vergeet niet ovenwanten aan te doen als u de pan uit de oven haalt.
