Orgreenic Receptengids Tel Sell

SHEPHERD’S PIE UIT DE PAN:
Weinig afwas vanavond, u heeft maar één pan nodig voor dit klassieke gerecht!
Ingrediënten voor 4 porties:
½ kop gesnipperde ui
2 eetlepels vetarme boter of margarine, olijfolie of water
2 koppen gebakken gehakt van rund-, lams-, kippen- of kalkoenvlees
1½ kop runder- of kippenfond (uit pot of zelfgemaakt)
1 eetlepel Worchestershiresaus
1 theelepel zout
¼ theelepel peper
¾ kop wortel in plakjes (diepvries) voorgekookt
½ kop diepvries erwten
4 koppen hete aardappelpuree
½ kop geraspte cheddarkaas (optioneel)
Bereiding:
Verwarm de oven voor op 180 °C.
Bak de ui in de boter of olie of water in een Orgreenic koekenpan zacht en glazig.
Roer vleesfond, vlees, Worchestershiresaus, wortel, erwten en zout en peper
erdoor.
Zet het vuur af en haal de pan van het vuur.
Spreid de hete aardappelpuree gelijkmatig over het vleesmengsel.
Zet er strepen in met behulp van een vork.
Doe de pan in de oven en bak 30 minuten of totdat de aardappelpuree goudbruin
is en de vleesfond borrelt.
Strooi indien gewenst de geraspte kaas erover.
Zet weer terug in de oven totdat de kaas gesmolten is (niet bruin laten worden).
Vergeet niet om ovenwanten aan te doen wanneer u de pan uit de oven haalt.
