Plásticos
La vajilla de material plástico deberá ser resistente a temperaturas de, por lo menos 180°C. Caso
contrario, podría deformarse. La vajilla de MELAMINA no es adecuada para el horno microondas, pues se
calienta demasiado.
Para calentar o cocinar alimentos en bolsas de plástico, estos deberán ser perforados para que el vapor
pueda salir, lo que evitará que la bolsa reviente.
Madera
No deben ser utilizados recipientes de madera en el horno.
Prueba de Vajillas
Para comprobar si una vajilla de cristal, barro o porcelana es adecuada para su utilización en el horno
microondas, realice la siguiente comprobación:
1. Coloque el recipiente vacío junto a un vaso con agua, en el interior del horno;
2. Cierre la puerta;
3. Coloque el Selector de funciones (3) en posición microondas potencia en máxima;
4. Ajuste el tiempo de funcionamiento para 1 minuto.
Observaciones: El horno empieza a funcionar.
Si durante el funcionamiento escuchase ruidos acompañados de chispas, desconecte inmediatamente el
aparato.
La vajilla que tenga este comportamiento, o la que al ser retirada del horno microondas esté muy caliente,
no es apropiada para su utilización en microondas.
EXCEPCIONES:
Los recipientes de barro cristalizado contienen muchas moléculas de agua, por eso se calientan bastante.
No obstante, pueden ser utilizados en microondas.
En caso de duda, contacte con el vendedor de la vajilla y asegúrese de que es apropiada para el
microondas.
