10 Guía de Uso
COMO UTILIZAR LA PIEDRA PIZZA
Para obtener un óptimo resultado cocinando
con la piedra pizza que le suministramos con
el horno, la piedra pizza debe ser precalentada
antes con el horno vacío. Sólo de esta forma
alcanzará la temperatura perfecta para el coci-
nado de sus pizzas.
Coloque la piedra pizza sobre la parrilla apoya-
da sobre los carriles telescópicos suministrados
con el horno. Le ayudaran a introducir y sacar la
piedra con mayor facilidad.
COCINADO PIZZAS CONGELADAS
Para este tipo de pizzas el cocinado requiere
unas condiciones diferentes. Siga estas instruc-
ciones:
1. No emplee la piedra pizza.
2. Gire el mando selector de funciones hasta
la posición
3. Gire el mando selector de temperaturas
hasta que aparezca 200ºC en la pantalla
del reloj o la temperatura que recomiende
el proveedor de la pizza.
4. Precaliente el horno hasta alcanzar la tem-
peratura deseada. Cuando se alcance esta
temperatura, el pictograma de termostato
, se apagará.
5. Introduzca la pizza sobre la parrilla.
6. Cocine la pizza durante 10-12 minutos (o
tiempo recomendado por el proveedor de
pizza).
ILUMINACIÓN DEL INTERIOR DE SU HOR-
NO MAESTRO PIZZA
Normalmente la iluminación del interior del hono
estará apagada durante el proceso de cocina-
do, independiente de la función que haya ele-
gido.
Si durante el cocinado necesita la iluminación
interior para ver el estado de su cocinado:
1. Toque el sensor OK del frontal de man-
dos y la luz interior se encenderá.
2. Si vuelve a tocar el sensor OK la luz interior
se apagará.
3. Pasados 30 segundos, la luz se apagará de
forma automática.
4. Cuando abra la puerta del horno, la luz in-
terior se encenderá.
INFORMACIÓN
Durante el periodo de precalentamiento de
la función Maestro Pizza, la lámpara se man-
tendrá apagada y el sensor OK permanece-
rá inhabilitado.
