Πριν διενεργήσετε οποιαδήποτε εργασία

συντήρησης αποσυνδέστε τη συσκευή από το

δίκτυο τροφοδοσίας αερίου και ηλεκτρικού.

11) ΑΝΤΙΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΕΞΑΡΤΗΜΑΤΩΝ

Για την αντικατάσταση των εξαρτηµάτων που

βρίσκονται στο εσωτερικό της συσκευής πρέπει να

αφαιρέσετε τα πλέγµατα και τα σώµατα καυστήρα

από το επάνω µέρος της επιφάνειας εργασίας.

Κατόπιν, αφαιρέστε τις βίδες “V” στερέωσης των

καυστήρων (εικ. 15) και τους διακόπτες χειρισµού

απλά πιέζοντας, ώστε να µπορείτε να τραβήξετε

την επιφάνεια εργασίας.

Αφού εκτελέσετε τις παραπάνω εργασίες,

µπορείτε να αντικαταστήσετε τους καυστήρες

(εικ. 16), τους κρουνούς (εικ. 17) και τα ηλεκτρικά

εξαρτήµατα (εικ. 18).

Συνιστάται να αλλάξετε την τσιµούχα “D” κάθε

φορά που αντικαθιστάτε έναν κρουνό, για να

διασφαλιστεί άψογη στεγανότητα µεταξύ του

σώµατος και της ράµπας.

Γρασάρισµα των κρουνών (βλέπε εικ. 19)

Αν η µανούβρα ενός κρουνού καθίσταται σκληρή,

χωρίς να περιµένετε άλλο χρόνο θα πρέπει να τον

γρασάρετε ακολουθώντας τις παρακάτω οδηγίες:

- Ξεµοντάρετε το σώµα κρουνού.

- Καθαρίστε τον κώνο και τη θέση του µε ένα πανί

βρεγµένο µε διαλύτη.

- Γρασάρετε ελαφρά τον κώνο µε το αντίστοιχο

γράσο γράσο.

- Εισάγετε τον κώνο, µανουβράρετε τον αρκετές

φορές, βγάλτε τον πάλι, αφαιρέστε το περίσσευµα

γράσου και βεβαιωθείτε ότι τα περάσµατα του

αερίου δεν είναι εµφραγµένα.

- Ξαναµοντάρετε όλα τα µέρη µε αντίστροφη σειρά

σε σχέση µε το ξεµοντάρισµα.

- Ο έλεγχος στεγανότητας πρέπει να διενεργηθεί µε

χρήση σαπουνόνερου. Η χρήση φλόγας

απαγορεύεται.

Προς διευκόλυνση της εργασίας του συντηρητή

παραθέτουµε στην επόµενη σελίδα, έναν πίνακα

µε τους τύπους και τις διατοµές των καλωδίων

τροφοδοσίας και την ισχύ των ηλεκτρικών

εξαρτηµάτων.
