10) ΑΝΤΙΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ ΑΚΡΟΦΥΣΙΩΝ
Οι καυστήρες προσαρµόζονται στους διάφορους
τύπους αερίου µοντάροντας τα ακροφύσια
αντίστοιχα στο χρησιµοποιούµενο αέριο. Για να
γίνει αυτό είναι απαραίτητο να βγάλετε τις κεφαλές
των καυστήρων και µε ένα ίσιο κλειδί “B”, να
ξεβιδώσετε το ακροφύσιο “A” (βλέπε εικ. 14) και να
το αντικαταστήσετε µε ένα ακροφύσιο αντίστοιχο
του χρησιµοποιούµενου αερίου.
Συνιστάται να ασφαλίσετε καλά το ακροφύσιο.
Αφού διενεργήθηκαν οι παραπάνω
αντικαταστάσεις, ο τεχνικός πρέπει να
προχωρήσει στη ρύθµιση των καυστήρων
όπως περιγράφεται στην παράγραφο 9, να
σφραγίσει τα ενδεχόµενα όργανα ρύθµισης ή
προ-ρύθµισης και να τοποθετήσει στη συσκευή,
σε αντικατάσταση της υπάρχουσας, την
αντίστοιχη ετικέτα για τη νέα ρύθµιση αερίου
που διενεργήθηκε στη συσκευή. Η ετικέτα αυτή
περιέχεται στη σακούλα των ανταλλακτικών
ακροφυσίων. Η σακούλα που περιέχει τους
εγχυτήρες και τις ετικέτες µπορεί να περιέχεται
στην προµήθεια ή να είναι διαθέσιµη στο
εξουσιοδοτηµένο κέντρο τεχνικής υποστήριξης.
Για διευκόλυνση του τεχνικού εγκατάστασης
παραθέτουµε ένα πίνακα µε τις παροχές, τις
θερµικές παροχές των καυστήρων, τη διάµετρο
των ακροφυσίων και την πίεση λειτουργίας για τους
διαφόρους τύπους αερίου.
