TECHNICAL TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problem Cause Solution
The appliance does not work. The appliance is not plugged
properly.
Make sure that the appliance is
properly plugged into a main
power socket.
The appliance is not heating.
You have not pressed the start/
stop button.
Press the START/STOP touchpad
. The symbol will be
displayed on the screen.
The tank is not filled with water. Fill the tank with water up to
the maximum level.
The screen lights up but the
appliance does not heat up. Fault in the heating element. Contact our after-sales service.
The food is not cooked.
There is no water or not enough
water in the tank.
Before and during the cooking,
check the water level.
If there is no more water during
cooking, the appliance will not
produce steam anymore and
will no longer continue to cook
the food.
The cooking time is too short
compared to the amount of food. Extend the cooking time.
Water is coming out of the body. There might be a water leak around
the heating element.
Take the appliance to an
approved Service Centre.
Steam escapes along the sides of
the appliance.
The bowls are not fitted together
properly.
Check that the bowls are fitted
together properly and in the
right order.
Water-refilling drawer is open. Check it is correctly closed.
The food takes longer to cook
than usual. Heating element has scale build-up.
Remove scale build-up from the
heating element. See section
« Maintenance and cleaning ».

UTILISATION
PROGRAMMES
1. Avant la première utilisation
• Retirez le film de protection de l’écran.
• Passez une éponge non-abrasive humidifiée pour nettoyer le réservoir à eau, et la base.
• Lavez toutes les pièces amovibles à l’eau tiède avec du liquide vaisselle, rincez et séchez –
fig. 1-5. ou au lave-vaisselle.
• Remplissez le réservoir d’eau jusqu’au niveau MAX (1,2L) fig. 6.
• Placez le récupérateur à jus sur le réservoir - fig. 7.
• Placez le bol 1,2 et 3 et le couvercle, en plaçant le couvercle de façon à ce que les trous
d’évacuation se trouvent à l’arrière du produit - fig. 12.
• Branchez l’appareil – fig. 13 et lancez un cycle de cuisson à vide de 10 minutes.
• A la fin du cycle, videz l’eau du réservoir et rincez.
• Ne jamais immerger l’appareil dans l’eau ou tout autre liquide – fig. 4.
2. Cuisson
N’utilisez pas d’assaisonnement ou de liquide autre que de l’eau dans le réservoir. Assurez-
vous de la présence d’eau dans le réservoir avant la mise en marche.
• Versez de l’eau dans le réservoir grâce à un pichet jusqu’au niveau MAX - fig 6.
• Renouvelez l’eau à chaque utilisation et vérifiez que le réservoir est rempli jusqu’au niveau MAX.
• Préparez les aliments et les disposez dans les bols - fig. 8.
