• 4 dilim ekmek • 20 g tereyağ • 70 g gravyer peyniri • 1 kaln dilim pişmiş jambon

• karabiber

Ekmek dilimlerinin dşna tereyağ sürün. Gravyer peynirini ince dilimlere ayrn ve

yarsn iki dilim ekmek üzerine yerleştirin. Üzerine yarm dilim jambon yerleştirin

ve karabiber ekin. Gravyer peyniri ile kaplayn ve diğer ekmek dilimleri ile

kapatn.

Krok – mösyö Virjinya

• 4 dilim ekmek • 20 g tereyağ • 1 küçük soğan • sarmsak • 4 çorba kaşğ iyi

damtlmş beyaz peynir • 1 çorba kaşğ krema • tuz • krmz toz biber

Ekmek dilimlerinin dşlarna tereyağ sürün. Soğan soyup ince kyn. Sarmsağ

ykayp bir bçak yardmyla küçük parçalara ayrn. Bir çanakta soğan ve

sarmsağ peynir, krema, bir tutam tuz ve yarm tatl kaşğ krmz toz biber ile

karştrn. İki dilim ekmeği hazrlanan karşm ile kaplayn, sonrasnda diğer iki dilim

ile kapatn.

• 4 dilim ekmek • 20 g tereyağ • 2 çubuk şekerli bitter çikolatas • yarm muz

Ekmek dilimlerinin dşlarna tereyağ sürün. İkisinin üzerine iki adet çikolata karesi,

dilimlenmiş muz, ve tekrar iki kare çikolata yerleştirin. Diğer ekmek dilimleri ile

kapatn.
