ENDISMANTLING

When you are finished with using your appliance, set the speed switch

to 0 and disconnect the plug from the power socket. Remove the lid from

the bowl. Press the release button and place the mixer head in a vertical

position and remove the accessory. Remove the bowl from the bracket by

turning the bowl anti-clockwise.

Clean the parts as described in the section “Cleaning and maintenance”.

OVERHEATING

To ensure the long life of your appliance, the kitchen machine is fitted

with an overheat safety device which will activate if the motor gets

overheated. If the overheat device operates, switch off the appliance and

disconnect the plug from the power socket and wait about 20 minutes

before switching on the appliance again.

SPEED SELECTION

Connect the plug to a power socket and switch on. We recommend

starting at the lowest speed and then increase the speed a little at a time.

Put the lid on the bowl in order to avoid splashes. See the table below as

a guide to the speed settings.
