Para ayudarle a hacer panes individuales; las cuales corresponden a los programas 1
a 6, encontrará una guía de moldeado adicional incluida con su panicadora. Estos
panes se elaboran en varias etapas y los ciclos de horneado se llevan a cabo después
de haber dado forma a los panes.
1. Baguettes
y panecillos
salados
El programa para baguettes le permite hornear sus propias
baguettes y pequeños panecillos crujientes.
2. Pan Italiano
El programa 2 le ayudará a hornear el pan más popular de
Italia, con su centro suave y esponjoso; una excelente base para
preparar pequeños bocadillos.
3. Palitos de pan
El programa para grissini le permite elaborar estos picos
particularmente largos, nos y secos.
4. Pan plano
El programa 4 está diseñado para elaborar de panes planos
consistente y esponjosos, tales como el Pide turco; ideal para
preparar sándwiches.
5. Pan para
hamburguesas
El programa 5 es ideal para hornear 8 molletes pequeños,
redondos y suaves, con una textura ligera.
6. Baguettes
dulces y
bollos
El programa 6 le ayudará a hornear pequeños bollos de una
consistencia liviana, tales como las ensaimadas españolas.
7. Panecillos
El programa 7 está diseñado para calentar y hornear entre 10 y
35 minutos todos los panes elaborados utilizando los programas
1 a 6. Ajustable en ciclos de 5 minutos. La panicadora no
deberá dejarse desatendida mientras se utiliza el programa
7. Para detener el ciclo antes de que llegue a su n, cancele
manualmente el programa manteniendo pulsado el botón
de
manera prolongada.
El programa 7 solo permite elegir entre 2 niveles de dorado:
- Alto: para panecillos salados
- Bajo: para panecillos dulces
Para ajustar el nivel de dorado de la corteza, bastará con alterar el
tiempo de horneado.
