Praktični savjet:
Da biste dobili odgovarajuću smjesu za pripremu ćevapa ili ćufteta,
sameljite meso 2 do 3 puta u glavi mašine za mljevenje dok smjesa ne
postane onakva kakvu želite.
Pripremite tijesto. Dobićete najbolji rezultat uz malo mekše tijesto.
