Mossa meg a tartozékokat szappanos vízben. Öblítse le és azonnal törölje
gondosan szárazra.






A töltés során tartsa lazán a belet. Ne töltse túl a kolbászt, mert különben a bél
kipukkadhat.
  

Adja meg a kolbászoknak a kívánt hosszat a bél megtekerésével.
Ha minőségi kolbászt szeretne, próbálja elérni, hogy a töltéskor ne kerüljön levegő
a bélbe. A kolbászokat 10-15 cm hosszúkra ossza egy darab cérna segítségével,
amit megteker a bél körül.

