Umyte všetko príslušenstvo vo vode so saponátom. Opláchnite a hneď poriadne
utrite dosucha.





Pripravte si celé množstvo potravín, ktoré si želáte zomlieť, odstráňte kosti,
chrupky a šľachy.
Nakrájajte mäso na kúsky (približne 2 cm x 2 cm).

Zastavte mlynček stlačením tlačidla zapínania/vypínania A do polohy „0“.
Na niekoľko sekúnd podržte stlačené tlačidlo spätného chodu „Reverse“ 

Stlačte tlačidlo zapínania/vypínania do polohy „I“ .

Na konci mletia môžete nechať mlynčekom prejsť niekoľko kúskov
chleba, aby ste mlynček očistili od kúskov rozomletého mäsa.


Uvoľňujte črevo po dĺžke počas jeho plnenia. Neprepĺňajte klobásy, pretože môže
dôjsť k pretrhnutiu čreva.



Urobte si klobásy podľa želanej dĺžky stlačením čreva a jeho otočením pri želanej
dĺžke.
Najlepšie vsledky dosiahnete, ak zabezpečíte, aby sa do čreva nedostal počas
napĺňania vzduch, a pri dĺžke klobásy 10 cm až 15 cm (oddeľte klobásy tak, že
zaviažete špagát okolo čreva).

