UPOTREBA: DODATAK ZA KOBASICE SL. 10  15
Važno! Ovaj nastavak može da se koristi samo nakon što se meso samelje, začini i smesa
dobro izmeša.
Posle stavljanja omotača za kobasice u toplu vodu da se natapa i postane ponovo elastičan,
stavite ga na levak i ostavite da delom visi preko levka oko 5 cm (deo koji ćete zatvoriti
vezanjem čvora sa sponom).
Pritisnite taster O/I (3a) u položaj I (sl. 15) da biste pokrenuli uređaj i provucite mleveno meso
kroz mašinu za mlevenje mesa, prateći omotač za kobasice kako se puni.
Napomena! Ovaj posao lakše će obaviti dve osobe. Jedna osoba provlači mleveno meso
kroz uređaj, a druga pazi na punjenje omotača za kobasice.
Kobasice pravite u željenoj dužini stezanjem i uvrtanjem omotača. Za kobasice dobrog
kvaliteta, vodite računa da prilikom punjenja izbegnete punjenje kobasica vazduhom i
da kobasice budu dugačke 10 do 15 cm (kobasice razdvojite sponom i vezanjem čvora sa
sponom).

Za pravljenje ćevapa pritisnite taster O/I (3a) u položaj I (sl. 17).
Praktični savet:
Za pripremu ne smese za ćevape ili kefta, provucite meso dva ili tri puta kroz mašinu za
mlevenje mesa dok ne dobijete željenu glatkoću.
UPOTREBA: DODATAK ZA SECKANJE POVRĆA SL. 18  20
Za seckanje povrća pritisnite taster O/I (3a) u položaj I (sl. 20).
Korisni saveti za najbolje rezultate:
Sastojci koje koristite moraju da budu čvrsti da dobijete zadovoljavajuće rezultate i izbegnete
nakupljanje namirnica u odeljku.
Nemojte da koristite uređaj za rendanje ili seckanje namirnica koje su previše tvrde, kao
što su kocke šećera ili parčad mesa.
Napomene:
- Uređaj koristite samo za mlevenje sirovog mesa. Nemojte da meljete skuvano meso.
- Nemojte da koristite uređaj duže od 10 minuta.
Šta je potrebno učiniti ako se mašina začepi?
Mašinu za mlevenje mesa zaustavite pritiskom na taster O/I (3a) u položaj “O” i pritisnite taster
“R” nekoliko sekundi da oslobodite meso.
Pritisnite taster O/I (3a) u položaj I i nastavite sa mlevenjem.
