UPORABA: NASTAVEK ZA IZDELAVO KLOBAS
SLIKE OD 10 DO 15
Pomembno: ta nastavek lahko uporabljate šele, ko je meso zmleto, začinjeno, zmes pa
je dobro premešana.
Ovoj dajte v toplo vodo, da bo znova postal elastičen, nato ga nadenite na lijak, s katerega naj
gleda približno 5 cm (ki ga boste zatesnili z vozlom in sponko).
Pritisnite gumb O/I (3a), da kaže I (sl. 15) in tako zaženite napravo. Meso nadevajte v mlinček,
pri tem pa bodite pozorni na polnjenje ovoja.
Pozor: to delo lažje opravljata dve osebi hkrati - ena oseba naj meso nadeva v mlinček,
druga pa skrbi za polnjenje ovoja.
Klobaso na želenem mestu spnite in zasukajte ovoj. Za najboljšo kakovost klobase preprečite
nastajanje zračnih mehurčkov v klobasi, optimalna dolžina pa znaša med 10 in 15 cm
(klobaso zaključite s sponko in vozlom).
UPORABA: NASTAVEK ZA KEBBE SLIKE OD 16 DO 17
Če želite izdelati kebbe, pritisnite gumb O/I (3a) v položaj I (sl. 17).
Praktičen nasvet:
če želite narediti drobno mleto pasto kibbe ali kefta, mesno zmes skozi mliček spustite dvakrat
ali trikrat, da dobite želeno konsistenco.
UPORABA: SEKLJALNIK ZELENJAVE SLIKE OD 18 DO 20
Za sekljanje pritisnite gumb O/I (3a) v položaj I (sl. 17).
Uporabni nasveti za najboljše rezultate:
Sestavine naj bodo trdne, da tako zagotovite najboljšo kakovost in preprečite nabiranje hrane
v mlinčku.
Naprave ne uporabljajte za strganje ali rezanje pretrdih živil, kot so kocke sladkorja, ali
kosov mesa.
- Napravo uporabljajte zgolj za mletje surovega mesa. Ne uporabljajte je za mletje kuhanega
mesa.
- Naprave ne uporabljajte dlje kot 10 minut.
Kaj storiti, če se naprava zamaši?
S pritiskom na gumb O/I (3a) v položaj "O" napravo zaustavite, nato pa nekaj sekund držite
gumb "R", da sprostite meso.
S ponovnim pritiskom gumba O/I v položaj I ponovno zaženete mletje.
