Kebbe lihapallide tarvik (joon. 3.1 ja 3.2)
Praktiline nõuanne:
Kebbe lihapallide või kefta jaoks peene hakkliha valmistamiseks laske liha 2 või 3 korda läbi hakkmasina, kuni
liha saavutab sobiva tekstuuri.
Küpsisetarvik (joon. 4.1 ja 4.2)
Valmistage tainas. Parimate tulemuste saamiseks kasutage pehmet tainast. Valige vormil sobiv kuju,
joondades selle noolega. Korrake, kuni olete valmistanud soovitud arvu küpsiseid.

Mahlapress (joon. 6.1 ja 6.2)
Coulis’ tarvik (joon. 7)
Kasutamine: pange mahlarenni (K5) alla anum mahla kogumiseks ja filtri teise otsa teine anum jääkide
kogumiseks. Kui soovite valmistada coulis’d või mahla, peate kindlasti kasutama värskeid puuvilju või marju.
Sõltuvalt hooajast ja puuviljade kvaliteedist soovitame lasta viljaliha veel teist korda läbi masina, et saaksite
kätte võimalikult palju coulis’d või mahla.
