1 kg poteter (skrelt og vasket)
1 olje, salt
1 Skjær opp potetene i strimler av ønsket størrelse: kutt 8 x 8 mm, 10 x 10 mm eller 13 x 13 mm. Skyll de oppkuttede
pommes fritesene og tørk dem grundig.
2 Legg pommes fritesene i ActiFry®. Hell oljen jevnt over pommes fritesene.
3 La dem steke i 40 til 45 min avhengig av tykkelsen på pommes fritesene.
Kalkunfilet med 3 paprika
FOR 4 PERSONER
FORBEREDELSE 15 min • STEKING 25 min
600 g kalkunbryst i strimler (1 cm x 3 cm)
3 paprika uten frø (1 rød, 1 grønn og 1 gul)
1 løk i tynne skiver
2 hakkede hvitløksfedd
2 olivenolje
½ kopp hønsebuljong
½ eddik
1 dl vann
salt, pepper
1 Skjær opp paprikaen i terninger på 2 cm hver side. Legg dem i ActiFry® sammen med løken. Tilsett olivenoljen og
stek dem i 10 min.
2 Tilsett hvitløken og stek i 5 min. Smak til med krydder.
3 Tilsett strimlene av kalkunbryst, buljongen, vannet og eddiken i grønnsakene og la det steke i 10 til 15 min.
Provencalske reker
FOR 4 PERSONER
FORBEREDELSE 20 min • STEKING 12 min
800 g reker
1 løk i tynne skiver
5 hakkede hvitløksfedd
½ kvast hakket persille
3 olivenolje
1 sitron
salt
pepper
1 Skyll rekene i kaldt vann og tørk dem. Legg rekene i en bolle og dekk dem med hvitløk, løk, persille og olje. La
dem marinere i 15 min.
2 Stek rekene med marinaden i 12 til 15 min. Når rekene har fått en fin oransje farge, smak til med salt og pepper.
3 Serveres med sitronbåter.
