-laitteeseen. Kaada öljy tasaisesti ranskalaisten päälle.
3 Paista 40 - 45 minuuttia riippuen ranskalaisten paksuudesta.

600 g suikaloitua kalkkunafileetä (1 cm x 3 cm kokoiset suikaleet)
3 siemenistään tyhjennettyä paprikaa (1 punainen, 1 vihreä, 1 keltainen)
1 viipaloitu sipuli
2 hienonnettua valkosipulin kynttä
2 oliiviöljyä
½ lasia kanalientä
½ etikkaa
100 ml vettä
suolaa, pippuria
1 Leikkaa paprikat 2 cm vinoneliöiksi. Laita ne ActiFry
®
-laitteeseen sipulin kanssa. Lisää oliiviöljy ja paista 10
minuuttia.
2 Lisää valkosipuli ja paista 5 minuuttia. Mausta.
3 Lisää vihanneksiin kalkkunafileiden suikaleet, kanaliemi, vesi, etikka ja paista 10 - 15 minuuttia.

800 g katkarapuja
1 viipaloitu sipuli
5 hienonnettua valkosipulin kynttä
½ hienonnettu persiljakimppu
3 oliiviöljyä
1 sitruuna
suolaa, pippuria
1 Käytä katkaravut kylmässä vedessä ja kuivaa ne. Peitä lautasella olevat katkaravut valkosipulilla, sipulilla, persiljalla
ja öljyllä. Anna marinoitua 15 minuutin ajan.
2 Paista katkaravut ja marinadi 12 - 15 minuuttia. Kun katkaravut ovat kauniin oranssin värisiä, mausta suolalla ja
pippurilla.
