5. Emulsionare/Sbattere/Montare
ACCESSORI UTILI
- Gruppo contenitore (b).
- Asta di trascinamento (c).
- Disco emulsionatore (f).
MONTAGGIO DEGLI ACCESSORI
- Posizionate il contenitore (b3) sul blocco motore (a) senza fissarlo.
- Inserite e fissate il disco emulsionatore (f) sull'asta di trascinamento (c) e posizionatelo
sull'uscita del blocco motore (a1).
- Mettete gli ingredienti nel contenitore.
- Posizionate il coperchio (b2) e fissatelo sul contenitore (b3), quindi girate verso destra fino
a fine corsa.
- Per estrarre il gruppo contenitore-coperchio: ruotate verso di voi il gruppo fino a liberarlo
e sbloccate il coperchio.
ACCENSIONE E CONSIGLI
- Girate il selettore di velocità (a2) sulla posizione 2 per la messa in funzione.
- Non utilizzate mai questo accessorio per impastare paste pesanti o mescolare paste
leggere.
Potete preparare: maionese, aioli, salse, albumi montati a neve (da 1 a 6), panna montata,
chantilly (fino a 0,25 litri).

6. Omogeneizzare/mescolare/frullare
molto finemente

- Gruppo vaso frullatore (h).
MONTAGGIO DEGLI ACCESSORI
- Mettete gli ingredienti nel vaso frullatore (h3) senza oltrepassare il livello massimo indicato sul contenitore.
- Posizionate il coperchio (h2), completo di tappo dosatore (h1), e bloccatelo sul contenitore.
- Posizionate il contenitore così assemblato (h) sull'uscita del blocco motore (a2) e ruotatelo fino a bloccarlo.
- Dopo l'arresto dell'apparecchio, sbloccate il vaso frullatore per liberarlo.
ACCENSIONE E CONSIGLI
- Girate il selettore di velocità (a2) sulla posizione 1 o 2 per la messa in funzione.
Potete utilizzare la posizione Pulse, per un miglior controllo dell'impasto.
- Non riempite mai il vaso frullatore con del liquido bollente.
- Non utilizzate mai il vaso frullatore con prodotti secchi (nocciole, mandorle, arachidi…).
- Utilizzate sempre il vaso frullatore con il coperchio.
- Versate sempre gli ingredienti liquidi per primi e poi aggiungete gli ingredienti solidi, senza oltrepassare il livello mas
simo indicato:
- 1,25 l per i composti spessi;
- 1 l per i composti liquidi.
- Per aggiungere degli ingredienti durante la lavorazione, estraete il tappo dosatore (h1) dal coperchio e versate gli
ingredienti attraverso il foro di riempimento, senza oltrepassare il livello di riempimento indicato sul contenitore.
Tempo massimo d'utilizzo: 3 min.
- Dopo l'arresto dell'apparecchio, sbloccate il vaso frullatore per liberarlo.
