IMPASTARE/MESCOLARE (a seconda del modello)
- Utilizzate il coltello in metallo (d1) o l'impastatore in plastica (d2) a seconda del modello.
- Girate il selettore di velocità (a2) sulla posizione 2 per la messa in funzione.
Potete impastare fino a:
- 1 kg di pasta pesante, tra cui: pasta per pane bianco, pasta brisée… in 40 secondi;
- 800 g di pasta per pane speciale, tra cui: pane di segale, pane integrale, pane ai cereali… in 40 secondi.
Potete mescolare fino a:
- 1,2 kg di pasta leggera, tra cui: biscotti, torta paradiso, torta allo yogurt… in un tempo compreso tra 1 min. e 30 e
3 min. e 30.
Potete ottenere inoltre fino a 1 litro di pastella per crêpe, cialde, ecc., in un tempo compreso tra 1 min. e 1 min. e 30.
TRITARE
- Utilizzate il coltello in metallo (d1).
- Girate il selettore di velocità (a2) sulla posizione 2 per la messa in funzione, oppure selezionate la posizione pulse per
un miglior controllo della tritatura.
Potete tritare fino a 600 g di alimenti, tra cui:
. carne cruda o cotta (disossata, priva di nervature e tagliata a dadini);
. pesce crudo o cotto (squamato e senza lisca);
. prodotti duri: formaggio, frutta secca, alcuni tipi di verdure (carote, sedano...);
. prodotti teneri: alcune verdure (cipolle, spinaci...).
FRULLARE
- Utilizzate il coltello in metallo (d1).
- Girate il selettore di velocità (a2) sulla posizione 2 per la messa in funzione.
Potete frullare fino a 1 litro di minestra di verdure, zuppa o composta, in 20 secondi.
4. GRATTUGIARE/TAGLIARE
ACCESSORI UTILI
- Gruppo contenitore (b).
- Asta di trascinamento (c).
- Disco a scelta (e) (a seconda del modello).
MONTAGGIO DEGLI ACCESSORI
- Posizionate il contenitore (b3) sul blocco motore (a) senza fissarlo.
- Fissate il disco scelto (e) sull'asta di trascinamento (c) e posizionatelo sull'uscita del blocco motore (a1).
- Posizionate e fissate il coperchio (b2) sul contenitore (b3), quindi girate verso destra fino a fine corsa.
- Per estrarre il gruppo contenitore-coperchio: ruotate verso di voi il gruppo fino a liberarlo e sbloccate il coperchio.
ACCENSIONE E CONSIGLI
- Introducete gli alimenti nell’imboccatura del coperchio aiutandovi con il pressino (b1).
- Girate il selettore di velocità (a2) sulla posizione 1 per tagliare o sulla posizione 2 per grattugiare.
Con i dischi (a seconda del modello) potete preparare:
. grattugiato spesso (C) / grattugiato fine (A): sedano-rapa, patate, carote, formaggio...;
. taglio spesso (H) / fette fini (D): patate, cipolle, cetrioli, barbabietole, mele, carote, cavoli...;
. taglia patatine (E): patatine fritte…;
. grattugiato (G): parmigiano…
