10f : : Accesorio de kebbé (según modelo)
Este accesorio se adapta al cabezal picador de metal (ma), y le permite formar albóndigas de
carne.
ACCESORIOS UTILIZADOS
- Accesorio de kebbé (p), motor (l) y cabezal picador de metal (ma).
MONTAJE DE LOS ACCESORIOS
- Coloque el tornillo (m2) en su sitio en el cuerpo (m1) del cabezal picador de metal (ma).
- Coloque la boquilla (p2) en el cabezal haciendo corresponder los dos salientes con las dos
muescas del cabezal picador de metal.
- Coloque la anilla (p1) en la boquilla (p2), a continuación la tuerca (m5) y atorníllela muy
fuerte.
- Coloque el cabezal así montado en el motor (l).
- Gire el selector de velocidad (a2) hacia la posición 2 para ponerlo en marcha.

Este accesorio se adapta al cabezal picador de metal (ma), y le permite hacer zumos tales como
manzanas, peras, naranjas etc., así como coulis de frutos rojos, tomates etc.
ACCESORIOS UTILIZADOS
- Accesorio para coulis y zumos (q), motor (l) y cabezal picador de metal (ma).
MONTAJE DE LOS ACCESORIOS
- Coloque el tornillo (q2) provisto con su junta de estanqueidad (q1) en el cuerpo (m1) del
cabezal picador de metal (ma).
- Coloque el filtro elegido (q3) en función de su preparación:
q3-1: filtro de orificios pequeños para los zumos.
q3-2: filtro de orificios mixtos para los coulis.
- Introduzca la tuerca (m5) a lo largo del filtro y atorníllela al cabezal picador (m1).
Coloque la guía de zumo (q4) debajo del filtro (q3) ya colocado.
- Coloque el cabezal así montado en el motor (l).
- Gire el selector de velocidad (a2) hacia la posición 2 para ponerlo en marcha.
PUESTA EN MARCHA Y CONSEJOS
- Zumos: utilice el filtro (q3-1) que contiene un único diámetro de orificios de filtración.
- Coulis: utilice el filtro (q3-2) que contiene 2 diámetros de orificios de filtración, esto para una
mejor extracción.
- Coloque un recipiente para recuperar el zumo debajo de la guía del zumo (q4) y otro debajo de
la boquilla del filtro (q3) para recuperar los restos.
LIMPIEZA
Los filtros (q3) se limpian fácilmente con el cepillo (q5).
