6 stukken kipfilet (150 - 180g/st)
120 g paneermeel
70 g bloem
3 eieren
peper en zout
1 | Snij de kip in gelijke stukken. Doe
de bloem samen met het zout en de
peper in een diepvrieszakje. Doe het
paneermeel in een soepbord en klop
de eieren in een ander soepbord.
2 | Voeg de stukken kip aan het
diepvrieszakje toe, doe het zakje
goed dicht en schud er stevig mee
zodat de kip goed met het mengsel
word bedekt. Haal de stukken kip
uit het zakje, dompel ze één voor
één in de geklopte eieren en rol ze
vervolgens door het paneermeel. Leg
de helft van de stukken in de mand
van de Easy Fry. Bestrijk ze met olie
(optioneel).

Digitale Versie: Laat de stukken kip
ongeveer 12 minuten (naar grootte)
bakken met het Programma Braden.
Doe hetzelfde voor de andere
stukken kip.
Mechanische Versie: Laat de
stukken kip ongeveer 12 minuten
(naar grootte) bakken op 200°C.
Doe hetzelfde voor de andere
stukken kip.
