zalMMOten Met Masala (kerrie)
6 zalmmoten
1 ui, gehakt
2 teentjes knoflook, gehakt
1 rijpe tomaat, in blokjes
1,5 eetlepel verse gember, geraspt
2,5 eetlepels gemalen masala (of kerrie)
1,5 eetlepel tomatenpuree
25 cl kokosmelk
1 | Fruit de ui in een pan totdat het
doorzichtig wordt. Doe de knoflook
en de blokjes tomaat erbij en laat
dat enkele minuten indikken voordat
je er de masala, de gember en de
tomatenpuree aan toevoegt. Meng
alles goed door elkaar.
2 | Voeg de kokosmelk toe en laat het 2
minuten sudderen. Breng het geheel
op smaak met peper en zout.

Digitale Versie: Leg de zalmmoten
op 6 vellen bakpapier. Giet er de
saus over. Vouw de vellen bakpapier
tot zakjes en leg deze in de mand
van je Easy Fry, waarbji ze elkaar
mogen overlappen. Laat ze 20
minuten bakken met het Programma
Vis. Garneer het gerecht met enkele
muntblaadjes en dien het op.
Mechanische Versie: Leg de
zalmmoten op 6 vellen bakpapier.
Giet er de saus over. Vouw de vellen
bakpapier tot zakjes en leg deze in
de mand van je Easy Fry, waarbji
ze elkaar mogen overlappen. Laat
ze 20 minuten bakken op 160°C.
Garneer het gerecht met enkele
muntblaadjes en dien het op.
