100 g fondant chocolade
3 eieren (1 eierdooier + 3 eiwit )
10 cl volle melk
30 g poedersuiker
1 theelepel maïzena
25 g boter
Zout
1 | Laat de in stukjes gesneden choco-
lade au bain-marie smelten of in de
magnetron.
2 | Scheid het eiwit van de eierdooiers.
Klop 1 eierdooier samen met de
maïzena op. Warm de melk in een
pan op. Haal de pan van het vuur en
voeg er al roerend het mengel van
de eierdooier/maïzena aan toe.
Plaats de pan opnieuw op het vuur
en laat het mengsel enkele minuten
inkoken. Doe de chocolade erbij en
meng grondig.
3 | Klop de 3 eiwitten op samen met een
snufje zout. Als het geklopte eiwit stijf
wordt, voeg er dan de poedersuiker
aan toe en klop het nog een tijd.
Voeg het eiwit aan de bereiding toe.

Digitale Versie: Vet de 4 potjes
in, bestrooi ze met suiker en vul de
vormen voor 2/3 met de bereiding.
Doe de potjes in de mand van je
Easy Fry en laat ze 12 minuten
bakken met het Programma Cake.
Dien ze onmiddellijk op.
Mechanische Versie: Vet de 4
potjes in, bestrooi ze met suiker
en vul de vormen voor 2/3 met
de bereiding. Doe de potjes in de
mand van je Easy Fry en laat ze 12
minuten bakken op 160°C. Dien ze
onmiddellijk op.
