Använd aldrig tryckkokaren utan vätska eftersom det

skulle orsaka allvarliga produktskador. Säkerställ att det

alltid finns tillräckligt mycket vätska under tillagningen.

Minst 25 cl – fig. 4.

Maximalt 2/3 av kärlets höjd, se MAX 2 – fig. 5.

Vid ångkokning får inte livsmedlen i ångkorgen vara i

kontakt med vattnet – fig. 6 och 7.

Maximalt 1/3 (MAX 1) för livsmedel som sväller och/eller

skummar under tillagningen, t.ex. ris, baljväxter, torkade

grönsaker, puréer, pumpa, zucchini, morötter,

potatis, fiskfiléer...

Livsmedlen som placeras i ångkorgen får inte överstiga

nivån MAX 2 i kärlet.
