Trykkokeren må aldri brukes uten væske da det kan føre

til alvorlige skader. Påse at det alltid er tilstrekkelig med

væske under tilberedningen.

Minimum 2,5 dl - fig. 4.

Maksimalt 2/3 av kjelens høyde, merke MAX 2 - fig. 5.

Under dampkoking må matvarene i dampkurven* ikke

komme i kontakt med vannet - fig. 6 og 7.

Maksimalt 1/3 (MAX 1) for matvarer som utvider seg

og/eller skummer under tilberedning, f.eks. ris,

belgfrukter, tørkede grønnsaker, fruktkompotter,

gresskar, squash, gulrøtter, poteter, fiskefileter etc.

Matvarene som plasseres i dampkurven, må ikke gå over

MAX 2-nivået i kjelen.
