For modeller med en non-stick-belægning: Brug aldrig
piskeris, skarpe eller andre metalredskaber. Rengør aldrig
redskaberne ved at trykke dem mod grydens kant, da det
kan beskadige den og forårsage lækager.
Drej driftsventilen (A) gradvist, og lad dampen og trykket
slippe ud lidt efter lidt, og slut ud for piktogrammet -
fig. 10. Hvis der observeres et anormalt sprøjt, når trykket
tages af dampen, skal driftsventilen (A) straks sættes på
"Trykkoger"-positionen og derefter skal apparatet stilles
under den kolde hane for hurtig dekompression - fig. 14.
Hvis sikkerhedsstiften (D) ikke går ned, skal trykkogeren
stilles under den kolde hane - fig. 14.
Forsøg aldrig at tvinge denne sikkerhedsstift.
Efter tilberedning af kød med skind på overfladen (f.eks.
oksetunge), som risikerer at svulme op grund af trykket,
der ikke prikkes hul, længe skindet er svulmet op, da
der er risiko for at blive skoldet. Det anbefales at prikke
det inden tilberedning.
Klæbrige madvarer, som svulmer op og/eller skummer
under tilberedningen, såsom ris, bælgfrugter, dehydrerede
grøntsager, kompoter, græskar, squash, gulerødder,
kartofler, fiskefiletter og lignende… Lad først trykkogeren
køle af i et par minutter og sæt den derefter til afkøling
under den kolde hane. Efter at have undersøgt om
driftsventilen har sænket sig, bør du altid ryste trykkogeren
lidt, inden den åbnes, for at undgå eventuelle skoldende
dampbobler. Dette er særligt vigtigt,r dampen frigøres
hurtigt og efter en afkøling under vandhanen.
Vær meget forsigtig, når du flytter trykkogeren, mens den
er under tryk. Rør aldrig de varme flader, kun håndtag og
knapper. Brug eventuelt grydelapper/handsker.
Til supper anbefales en hurtig dekompression under den
kolde hane (se afsnittet "Efter tilberedning i funktion
'Trykkoger'").
Se efter, at ventilen er i position for dekompression, inden
trykkogeren åbnes. Sikkerhedsstiften (D) skal være i
bundstilling.
Forsøg aldrig at åbne trykkogeren med tvang. Kontrollér,
at det indre tryk er faldet. Sikkerhedsstiften (D) skal være
i bundstilling (se afsnittet "Sikkerhedsanordninger").
