Gebruik uw snelkookpan nooit zonder vloeistof, want dit

kan de pan ernstig beschadigen. Zorg ervoor dat er altijd

voldoende vloeistof aanwezig is tijdens het koken.

Maximum 2/3 van de hoogte van de pan, markering MAX

2 - afb. 5.

Tijdens het stoomkoken mogen de voedingswaren in het

stoommandje niet in contact komen met het water - afb.

6 en 7.

Voor pasteuze voedingsmiddelen, die tijdens het koken

uitzetten en/of schuimen, zoals rijst, peulvruchten,

gedroogde groenten, moes, pompoen, courgette,

wortelen, aardappelen, visfilet... mag u uw snelkookpan

nooit boven 1/3 (MAX 1) van haar capaciteit vullen.

Voedingsmiddelen die in het stoommandje liggen,

mogen niet boven de markering MAX 2 van de pan

komen.
