Primera utilización
• Sujete la cacerola (K) bajo la cesta de vapor* (J) -
fig 5 - 6.
• Coloque la cesta de vapor* (J) en el fondo de la
cuba - fig 7.
• Llene con agua hasta los 2/3 de la cuba (P).
• Cierre la olla a presión.
• Coloque la lvula de funcionamiento (A) y
posiciónela sobre .
• Coloque la olla a presión sobre una fuente de calor
y luego regule la fuente a su máximo.
• Cuando comienza a salir vapor por la válvula,
reduzca la fuente de calor y espere 20 min.
• Una vez pasados los 20 min., apague la fuente de
calor.
• Gire la válvula de funcionamiento hasta la
posición .
• Cuando el indicador de presencia de presión (D)
vuelve a bajar, la olla a presión ya no está bajo
presión.
• Abra la olla a presión - fig 1.
• Límpiela.
Antes de la cocción
• Antes de cada utilización, retire la válvula de
funcionamiento - fig 10 - 11 y verifique visualmente
y la luz del día que el conducto de evacuación de vapor
(B) no esté obstruido - fig 12.
• Verifique que la lvula de seguridad se mantenga
móvil; consulte el párrafo "Limpieza y mantenimiento”.
• Cierre la olla a presión - fig 2.
• Coloque la válvula en su posición (A) - fig 8.
• Apoye a fondo y gire hasta llegar a la posición de
cocción elegida - fig 9.
• Asegúrese de que la olla a presión esté bien cerrada
antes de ponerla en servicio.
• Coloque la olla a presión sobre una fuente de calor y
luego regule la fuente a su máximo.
