• Bascule el asa de apertura/cierre de la posición
vertical a la posición horizontal - fig 2.
• Al llegar al final, haga algo de fuerza para activar
el mecanismo de bloqueo.
• Es normal que, en posición cerrada, la tapa pueda
girar libremente sobre la cuba.
Si no puede cerrar la tapa:
• Verifique que la junta esté bien coloca.
Llenado mínimo y máximo
• Mínimo 25 cl (2 vasos) - fig 3
• Máximo 2/3 de la altura de la cuba, referencia (P)
- fig 4
Para ciertos alimentos:
• Para los alimentos que se dilatan durante la
cocción, como el arroz, las legumbres
deshidratadas y las compotas, no llene la olla a
presión más alde la mitad de la altura de la
cuba. En cuanto a las válvulas, le recomendamos
una descompresión rápida.
Utilización de la cesta de vapor*
• Vierta 75 cl de agua en el fondo de la cuba.
• Sujete la cacerola (K) bajo la cesta de vapor* (J) -
fig 5 - 6.
• Coloque el conjunto en el fondo de la cuba - fig
7.
