Rödbarb, sardiner, tonfisk i skivor ”gott från havet”
Per portion: • 3 rödbarb eller 4 sardiner eller 1 skiva tonfisk 200 g • olja • 1/2 citron • 1 klick
smör • salt • peppar
Pensla fisken med olja, krydda. Grilla ca 5 minuter per sida för rödbarb, ca 3 minuter per sida för sardiner,
ca 8 minuter per sida för tonfisk i skivor. Servera med smält smör och citronklyftor.

Grillspett av nötkött och tomater
Till 6 pers: • 900 g rostbiff • 24 champinjoner • 24 små vita lökar • 3 tomater • kryddning:
2 msk olja, salt och peppar
Skär nötköttet i 3 cm stora tärningar. Klyfta tomaterna. Varva köttbitar, grönsaker och champinjoner.
Pensla varje spett med kryddningen. Grilla: 10 minuter.
Grillspett av fläskkött och ananas
Till 6 pers: • 1 kg fläskkarré • 1 burk ananas i bitar • kryddning: 2 msk olja, salt, peppar och
tabasco (några droppar)
Skär köttet i 3 cm stora tärningar. Varva köttbitar och ananas. Pensla varje spett med kryddningen. Grilla:
ca 25 minuter.
Grillspett av kalv
Till 6 pers: • 1 kg fransyska • 1 aubergine • 24 små vita lökar • kryddning: 2 msk olja, salt och
peppar
Skär köttet i 3 cm stora tärningar. Varva köttbitar och grönsaker. Pensla varje spett med kryddningen.
Grilla: ca 20 minuter.
Grillspett av lax och curry
Till 6 pers: • 800 g färsk laxfilé • 20 skalade rosa räkor • 2 limefrukter • 1 tsk curry • 1 msk
smält smör • salt • peppar
Skär den färska laxen i 3 cm stora tärningar, skiva limefrukterna och halvera därefter skivorna. Varva
laxbitar, räkor och lime. Pensla varje spett med smält smör, krydda och strö därefter över curry. Grilla: ca
15 minuter.
Grillspett av provensalsk lammkotlettrad
Till 6 pers: • 900 g lammkotlettrad • 6 körsbärstomater • 24 små champinjoner • 12 små vita
lökar • kryddning: 2 msk olja, salt, peppar och herbes de Provence
Skär köttet i 3 cm stora tärningar, pensla varje spett med kryddningen. Grilla: ca 20 minuter.
