Ko je juha skuhana, dvignite pokrov in jo nalijte v krožnike. Postrezite jo z mletim črnim
poprom, ščepcem čilija v prahu in sesekljanim pehtranom.
Za 4 osebe
Namesto pehtrana lahko uporabite svež koper ali baziliko.
Korenčkova kremna juha s pokrovačami
500 ml vode
65 g šalotke, olupljene in sesekljane
550 g olupljenega korenja, narezanega na 1 cm debele koščke
4 g korenine ingverja, olupljene in drobno sesekljane
30 g masla (po želji)
sol in sveže mlet beli poper
ZA POSTREŽBO
1–2 jedilni žlici olja
160–180 g surovih pokrovač
sesekljan svež peteršilj z gladkimi listi
krutoni
V napravo za pripravo juhe zlijte pol količine vode. Nato dodajte sestavine v naslednjem
vrstnem redu: sesekljano šalotko, narezano korenje, sesekljan ingver, maslo, preostalo količino
vode, sol in poper. Namestite pokrov. Izberite nastavitev "gladka juha".
Ko je juha skuhana, jo pustite v napravi, da ostane topla, v ponvi pa segrejte olje na srednje
močnem ognju. Počasi cvrite pokrovače od 3 do 4 minute, pri čemer jih na polovici cvrtja
obrnite. Ocvrte pokrovače prerežite na polovico. Poskusite juho in jo po potrebi dodatno
začinite. Juho postrezite z ocvrtimi pokrovačami na sredini in jo okrasite s sesekljanim
peteršiljem.
