Juha iz bučk, pehtrana in sirnega namaza
400 ml vode
60 g sesekljane čebule
600 g očiščenih bučk, narezanih na 1,5 cm debele kolobarje
100 g polnomastnega sirnega namaza (Philadelphia® ali podobnega)
3 vejice pehtrana (dolge približno 4 cm)
sol in sveže mlet črni poper
ZA POSTREŽBO
sveže mlet črni poper
ščepec čilija v prahu (po želji)
sesekljani sveži listi pehtrana
Z vejic pehtrana odstranite liste in jih dajte na stran. V napravo za pripravo juhe zlijte pol količine
vode. Nato dodajte sestavine v naslednjem vrstnem redu: sesekljano čebulo, narezane bučke,
sirni namaz, liste pehtrana, sol, sveže mlet črni poper ter preostalo količino vode. Namestite
pokrov (držalo rezila nežno potisnite skozi bučke in nato močno potisnite pokrov popolnoma
navzdol). Izberite nastavitev "gladka juha".
