Polievka zo sladkých zemiakov a červenej šošovice
300 g sladkých zemiakov, nakrájaných na kocky o veľkosti 2 cm
60 g nasekanej sladkej cibule
100 g červenej šošovice
150 g zemiakov, nakrájaných na kocky o veľkosti 2 cm
600 ml vody
Soľ, korenie
SERVÍROVANIE
2 polievkové lyžice nakrájaného koriandra
Vložte všetky prísady do polievkovaru, (okrem koriandra). Vyberte nastavenie « Polievka s
kúskami ».
Pridajte koriander a podávajte.
Ak robíte túto polievku pre deti, vynechajte koriander a ozdobte
úsmevom z paradajkového kečupu!
Smoothie z banánu a vanilkovej zmrzliny
4 banány, nakrájané na plátky
200/210 g vanilkovej zmrzliny (približne 5 kopčekov)
250 ml plnotučného mlieka
SERVÍROVANIE
Niekoľko banánových sladkostí
Vložte banány a zmrzlinu do polievkovaru, zalejte mliekom. Uzavrite vekom a vyberte
nastavenie «Smoothie».
Podávajte vychladené, nemusíte nechať odstáť, kraje ozdobte banánovými sladkosťami.
Zmeňte ovocie a príchuť zmrzliny a vytvorte si vlastné smoothies. Mango, hruška,
broskyňa, marhuľa by sa hodili rovnako dobre, ako aj karamelová alebo škoricová
zmrzlina.
Smoothie z jahôd a škorice
4 sójové jogurty
350 g jahôd, nakrájaných na polovice alebo štvrťky
2 polievkové lyžice cukru
1 kopcovitá polievková lyžička mletej škorice
Všetky prísady vložte do polievkovaru. Vyberte nastavenie «Smoothie». Ihneď servírujte.
Ak jogurty a jahody nie sú vychladené, môžete pridať 4 kocky ľadu, aby smoothie
dostalo správnu teplotu. Škorica dodáva smoothie lahodne sladkú chuť, ale ak nechcete,
nemusíte ju pridávať a môžete ju nahradiť vanilkovým cukrom alebo mletým zázvorom.
