Studená hrachová polievka
300 g hrachu
60 g jemne nasekanej sladkej cibule
300 g uhorky, nakrájanej na kocky
300 ml vody
200 ml sójovej smotany
20 čerstvých lístkov mäty
1/2 citróna
1 polievková lyžica cukru
Soľ, korenie
Do polievkovaru vložte hrášok, cibuľu, uhorku, vodu a sójovú smotanu. Dochuťte podľa chuti.
Vyberte nastavenie „Jemná polievka“.
Dajte do chladničky na 4 hodiny, kým polievka nevychladne.
Otvorte polievkovar. Pridajte cukor, lístky mäty a šťavu z polovice citrónu.
Vyberte nastavenie „Smoothie“.
Podávajte vychladené.
Ak chcete pikantnejšiu polievku pridajte 1 polievkovú lyžičku wasabi pasty, chrenovej
pasty alebo hrubozrnnej horčice. Môžete tiež pridať 50 g mini cestovín alebo cícer, aby
bola polievka hutnejšia.
Pórovo-zemiaková polievka s väčšími kúskami
625 ml zeleninového vývaru alebo zeleninového bujónu
75 g cibule nakrájanej na drobno
1 strúčik cesnaku, rozdrvený
300 g nakrájaného póru, plátky s hrúbkou 1,5 cm
200 g zemiakov múčnatých (Maris Piper, King Edward), nakrájaných na kocky o veľkosti 1,5
cm
Soľ a čerstvo mleté čierne korenie
SERVÍROVANIE
Nakrájaná petržlenová vňať
Do polievkovaru nalejte polovicu zeleninového vývaru. Potom pridajte prísady v nasledujúcom
poradí: nakrájaná cibuľa, rozdrvený cesnak, nakrájaný pór, kocky zemiakov, soľ (pamätajte,
že vývar je trochu slaný), čierne korenie a nakoniec zvyšný vývar. Nasaďte veko. Vyberte
zostávajúce nastavenie „Polievka s kúskami“.
Po skončení varenia odstráňte veko. Ochutnajte a v prípade potreby dochuťte korením.
Podávajte ozdobené nasekanou petržlenovou vňaťou.
