Beschreibung des Gerätes
Bedienfeld (1): Ermöglicht die Verwaltung aller verfügbaren Funktionen, von
der Einstellung der Trainingsprogramme bis zur Anzeige der Meldungen und
Daten bezüglich des Trainings.
Für die Funktionsweise des Bedienfelds wird auf das diesbezügliche Handbuch
verwiesen.
Gristangen (2): Sie können vom Benutzer für das reine Beintraining umfasst
werden.
Handsensor (3): Die Sensoren mit Metallplättchen ermöglichen die konstante
Überwachung der Herzfrequenz.
Hebel (4): Sie dienen zum kombinierten Trainieren von Armen und Beinen.
Antriebspedale (5): Ihre besondere Anordnung gestattet die Bewegung der
Fußgelenke unter optimalen Bedingungen.
Stützen (6): Tragen den Geräterahmen und die dazugehörigen Teile.
Trinkaschenhalter (7): Zur Aufbewahrung der Trinkasche während des
Trainings.
Ablage (8): Sie dient zur Ablage von Zeitschriften, Büchern, Tablets oder
elektronischen Geräten. Das Tablet kann laut Abbildung stabil befestigt werden.

  • Hi Technogym
    I am trying to use the cross-trainer (elliptical) Technogym Synchro Forma at the Moseralm spa hotel. When it is switched on, the Function key LED’s flash (3 red and 3 green), but none of the Keyes seem to be enabled.
    If I start using the machine, it records the time, but the Manual Control keys are not enabled so I can not increase the Effort level.
    How do I enable the different keys?
