Voer met de nummertoetsen het proelnummer in dat u wilt opslaan, druk vervolgens op BEVESTIGEN. Als een nummer wordt ingevoerd dat bij een eerder
opgeslagen proel hoort, wordt dit proel in het doeldisplay weergegeven; als u toch besluit door te gaan wordt het eerder opgeslagen proel overschreven.
1 CR 1 =
Druk op nummertoets 1 om een proel te programmeren met een constant vermogen; ofwel op nummertoets 2 om een proel met constante hartslag te programmeren.
TIJD AFSTAND
Druk de toets van het gewenste doel in.
Dan volgt de programmering van de afzonderlijke stappen: voor iedere stap moeten verschillende parameters worden ingevoerd, afhankelijk van het type proel
dat gekozen is.
• Voor het proel met constant vermogen moeten de waarden van het gekozen doel en het vermogen ingesteld worden:

1 = .0
Voer met de nummertoetsen de doelwaarde in en druk op BEVESTIGEN om verder te gaan.
