Neem op het zadel plaats met het bovenlichaam tegen de rugleuning; pak met de handen de handgreep vast die zich naast het zadel bevinden.
Wanneer het pedaal zich in de voorste positie bevindt, moet het been bijna geheel gestrekt zijn.
Elke andere positie, bijvoorbeeld met maar één been of zonder de handgrepen aan beide zijden vast te pakken, of ook met te gestrekte of gebogen benen, kan
instabiliteit en/of een verkeerde beweging van de ledematen veroorzaken en dus pijn in verschillende delen van het lichaam tot gevolg hebben.
Om de stand van het zadel vooruit of achteruit te verstellen, dient u aan de hendel (A) onder het zadel te trekken.
Om de banden van de voetpedalen af te stellen het lipje lostrekken en het in het voor de betreende voet geschikte gleuf steken.
