Der Fitnesstest
Der Fitnesstest ist ein submaximaler Test und auch für einen wenig oder mittelmäßig trainierten Benutzer geeignet.
Für die Durchführung ist der Herzfrequenzmesser erforderlich; wenn das Herzfrequenzsignal nicht erfasst wird, startet der Test nicht.
Während des Stand-bys drücken Sie die Taste

Geben Sie anhand der Zahlentasten Ihr Alter ein. Drücken Sie dann BESTÄTIGEN, um zu fortzufahren.
G =  0
Geben Sie anhand der Zahlentasten Ihr Gewicht ein. Drücken Sie dann BESTÄTIGEN, um zu fortzufahren.
G M=1  F= = 1
Drücken Sie die numerische Taste 1 für männlich oder die numerische Taste 2 für weiblich. Drücken Sie BESTÄTIGEN, um zu fortzufahren.
Der Fitnesstest besteht aus drei Phasen: in der Aufwärmphase ist die Belastung extern; in den nächsten beiden Phasen ist die Belastung intern, d. h. sie wird
durch die Herzfrequenz bestimmt.
Phase Dauer Belastung
Aufwärmen 90 Sekunden 50 Watt
1 3 Minuten ab Erreichen der Belastung
60% der maximalen HF, wenn die
Herzfrequenz am Ende des Aufwärmens <= 100 ist
65% der maximalen HF, wenn die
Herzfrequenz am Ende des Aufwärmens > 100 ist
2 4 Minuten ab Erreichen der Belastung
75% der maximalen
