PRERISCALDAMENTO
Accendere la friggitrice e regolare il termostato sulla temperatura desiderata.
Attendere circa 10- 15 minuti affinché l’olio raggiunga la temperatura corretta.
In questi minuti la spia si accenderà e si spegnerà più volte.
Con un buon preriscaldamento dell’olio si otterranno fritture croccanti e dorate.
UTILIZZO
• Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente e impostare il termostato alla temperatura
desiderata: la spia luminosa di funzionamento e di controllo si accende. Quando la
temperatura è stata raggiunta , la spia di controllo si spegne. Quando la temperatura si
abbassa troppo, il termostato riparte e la temperatura cresce ancora.
• Una volta raggiunta la temperatura impostata, aprire il coperchio e sollevare il cestello.
• Mettere il cibo nel cestello e poi immergerlo nell’olio.
• Mettere il coperchio sull'apparecchio.
• Far sgocciolare il cibo quando è cotto: aprire il coperchio e sollevare il cestello. Porre
attenzione all’apertura del coperchio poichè potrebbe uscire del vapore ad alte
temperature che potrebbe causare scottature.
• Se necessario, è possibile togliere il cestello dall’apparecchio.
• Assicurarsi che il cibo sia cotto dentro e fuori.
• La friggitrice non ha un interruttore ON/OFF: dopo l’uso, posizionare il termostato sulla
posizione minima, staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente ed aprire il coperchio per
facilitare il raffreddamento.
PER MIGLIORI RISULTATI
• Asciugare bene il cibo prima di metterlo nella friggitrice. Se il cibo è troppo umido
possono esserci schizzi di olio bollente.
• Il cibo dovrebbe essere tagliato in pezzi con dimensioni uguali per una cottura uniforme.
• Alcuni cibi necessitano di una precottura prima di essere fritti.
• Prima di inserire il cibo, attendere sempre che la spia luminosa si spenga, ad indicare il
ragginungimento della temperatura impostata.
• Non riempire troppo il cestello.
ATTENZIONE: se si accende accidentalmente la friggitrice senza aver aggiunto prima l'olio od
altri condimenti oppure se il condimento inserito non raggiunge la quantità minima
obbligatoria, la friggitrice si spegne automaticamente, al fine di impedire il surriscaldamento
dell'apparecchio. Qualora succedesse bisogna procedere come segue: spegnere
l’apperecchio e staccare la spina; attendere che tutti gli alementi si siano raffreddati (circa 15
minuti). Successivamente premere il pulsante di riavvio posto sul retro del pannello sopra il
vano raccoglicavo. Questo sarà necessario a resettare la friggitrice.
L'apparecchio è nuovamente pronto per l'uso. Per evitare che tale situazione si verifichi di
nuovo, leggere attentamente le istruzioni prima di utilizzare l'apparecchio.
