PREINCALZIRE
Cand aparatul a pornit, reglati termostatul la temperatura dorita.
Pentru a obtine o temperatura corecta si stabile, este necesar sa asteptati intre 10-15 minute.
In timpul acesta, lampa indicatoare se va aprinde si stinge repetat.
O preincalzire corecta va va ajuta sa obtineti cartofi prajiti rumeniti si crocanti.
UTILIZARE
• Conectati aparatul la priza.
• Porniti aparatul cu ajutorul intrerupatorului. Comutatorul se va aprinde.
• Programati termostatul pentru temperatura dorita. In momentul cand temperatura setata
este atinsa, indicatorul luminos se va stinge. Atunci cand temperatura scade, termostatul
intra in functiune si indicatorul luminos se aprinde. In felul acesta se va mentine o
temperatura constanta in tot timpul folosirii.
• Pentru a obtine cartofi prajiti aspectuosi si deliciosi asteptati intre 10 si 15 minute inainte de
a-i introduce in uleil.
• Cand friteuza a atins temperature stabilita, ridicati cosul tragand in sus de manere pana
cand auziti un “clic”. Acum deschideti capacul apasand de butonul de eliberare.
• Amplasati produsele in cos usor sa evitati stropirea si inchideti capacul.
•
Coborati cosul in intregime in ulei sau grasime tragand de butonul eliberare manere si
rotindu-le in jos.
• Folositi fereastra de vizitare pentru a verifica procesul de prajire. Atunci cand hrana este
preparata, ridicat icosul cu ajutorul manerului si lasati sa se scurga uleiul. Apoi deschideti
capacul. Atentie: atunci cand deschideti capacul pot rezulta vapori fierbinti. Pericol de
ardere.
• Daca este necesar puteti indeparta cosul din aparat. Atentie: cand indepartati cosul
aveti grija sa nu alunece in interior. Stropii fierbinti de ulei pot cauza arsuri.
•
Verificati daca hrana este bine facuta in interior si exterior.
• Dupa folosire, puneti intrerupatorul pe pozitie “0” si termostatul pe pozitie “MIN”,
deconectati friteuza si lasati capacul deschis pentru o racire rapida.
SFATURI PRACTICE
• Scurgeti bine hrana inainte de a o praji. Apa in exces poate forma spuma care se poate
revarsa din aparat.
• Bucatile de hrana trebuie sa fie de marimi similare pentru o prajire completa si uniforma.
• Multe tipuri de mâncare trebuie să fie acoperite cu diverse produse înainte de prăjire –
exemplu şniţelele sau friganelele.
• Asteptati intodeauna sa se atinga temperatura necesara si sa se stinga indicatorul luminos
si dupa accea adaugati hrana.
• Nu umpleti cosul complet.
RETETE
Cartofi prajiti
• Se recomanda prepararea in 2 treptes.
• Folositi cartofi „vechi” (nu cartofi „noi”). Taiati cartofii in bucati egale. Clatiti apoi sub apa
rece pentrua a reduce nivelul de amidon. Uscati.
• Respectati greutatea recomandata. Cand temperatura atinge 180°C, puneti cartofii in
cos, inchideti capacul si coborati usor cosul in ulei.
