GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG
WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
Lesen Sie aufmerksam die Gebrauchsanleitung ehe Sie Ihr Gerät benutzen.
Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der auf dem Gerät vermerkten Spannung
übereinstimmt ehe Sie das Gerät benutzen.
Lassen Sie Ihr Gerät niemals bei Gebrauch unbeaufsichtigt. Halten Sie Kinder oder
unzurechnungsfähige Personen vom Gerät fern.
Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob die Schnur nicht beschädigt ist. Bei Beschädigung der Schnur
oder des Gerätes letzteres nicht benutzen.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur zu Haushaltszwecken, wie in der Bedienungsanleitung angegeben.
Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten, weder zum Reinigen, noch
zu einem anderen Zweck. Geben Sie das Gerät niemals in die Spülmaschine.

BETRIEBSDAUER
Dieses Gerät darf nicht professionell benutzt werden. Die gewünschten Pausen sollten eingehalten
werden. Bei Nichtbeachtung kann der Motor beschädigt werden. Richten Sie sich bitte nach dem
Typenschild, auf dem die optimale Betriebsdauer angegeben ist (KB xx min wo xx ist die maximale
Betriebsdauer). Die Pausen sollten mindestens 10 Minuten betragen.
VORBEREITUNG
Achten Sie darauf, daß das Haarschneidegerät in gutem Zustand, sauber und richtig geölt ist.
Legen Sie ein Handtuch um den Hals der Person, um zu vermeiden, daß Haare in den Kragen
fallen.
Fragen Sie die Person, sich auf einen Stuhl zu setzen, so daß sich der Kopf in Augenhöhe
befindet.
Kämmen Sie das Haar sorgfältig durch und halten Sie das Schneidegerät locker in Ihrer Hand,
damit Sie beim Schneiden stets genaue Kontrolle haben.
VERWENDUNG DER ZUSATZKÄMME
Den Kamm mit den Zacken nach oben fest in die Klingen hineindrücken (siehe Abbildung 1):
Zusatzkamm #1...für ca. 3 mm langes Haar
Zusatzkamm #2...für ca. 6 mm langes Haar
Zusatzkamm #3...für ca. 9 mm langes Haar
Zusatzkamm #4...für ca. 12 mm langes Haar
Schneiden Sie zunächst nur eine kleine Fläche, damit Sie sich an die Schnittlänge gewöhnen.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen außerdem, mit dem Zusatzkamm für langes Haar zu beginnen. Danach
kann bei Bedarf ein kürzerer Kamm verwendet werden.
Bei einem Einheitsschnitt das Schneidegerät niemals schnell durch die Haare führen. Das Gerät
funktioniert am besten bei seiner eigenen Geschwindigkeit.
Das Haar zunächst so kämmen, das es natürlich fällt.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät zuerst mit dem größten Zusatzkamm und beginnen Sie mit den Seiten
von unten nach oben. Halten Sie das Gerät leicht gegen das Haar, so daß die Zacken des
Zusatzkammes nach oben zeigen und flach gegen den Kopf liegen. Das Gerät langsam nach
oben durch das Haar führen und dann herausziehen; schneiden Sie jeweils nur eine kleine Fläche
(2+3).
Falls das Haar kürzer geschnitten werden soll, müssen Sie entweder einen Zusatzkamm mit einer
kleineren Nummer einsetzen, oder den derzeitigen Kamm fester aufdrücken und das Gerät nicht
so schnell herausheben. Dieser Vorgang erfordert Übung und es empfiehlt sich, das Haar bei den
ersten Haarschnitten länger zu lassen (4).
Wenn Sie den Kamm #1 benutzen, können Sie das Deckhaar auf dem Kopf ziemlich kurz
schneiden. Halten Sie den Kamm flach gegen den Kopf und schneiden Sie langsam von vorne
nach hinten. Es ist auch hier besser, das Haar anfangs länger zu lassen (5).
NACHSCHNEIDEN
Zum Nachschneiden der Frisur brauchen Sie kein Zuberhör. Stellen Sie den Hebel des Gerätes
auf die Kurzhaarposition.

Kämmen Sie das Haar so, wie es liegen soll. Beginnen Sie zwischen den Koteletten und dem
Ohr. Schneiden Sie die gewünschte Frisur (6). Das Gerät am Nacken und an den Koteletten in
gewünschter Höhe verkehrt herum gegen den Kopf halten und dann nach unten gehen (7).
FLACH- UND BÜRSTENSCHNITTE
Verwenden Sie zunächst den längsten Zusatzkamm und schneiden Sie jeweils vom Nackenende
bis zum Wirbel. Halten Sie das Gerät flach gegen den Kopf und gehen Sie langsam durch das
Haar. Verwenden Sie dieselbe Technik an den Seiten, indem Sie von unten nach oben schneiden
(8).
Schneiden Sie das vordere Haar bis zum Wirbel gegen die Wuchsrichtung. Passen Sie dann die
Seiten an (9).
Für einen flachen Haarschnitt benutzen Sie einen Kurzhaarschnitt-Zusatzkamm, um das Haar zum
Nacken hin spitz zuzuschneiden. Kämmen Sie das Haar und achten Sie auf unebene Stellen (10).
Die vier illustrierten Grundflächen sind Ihre “Landkarte” für einfache Do-It-Yourself-
Haarschnitte (11).
INSTANDHALTUNG
Das Schneidegerät wurde vor dem Versand sorgfältig untersucht, um sicherzustellen, daß die
Klingen gut ausgerichtet wurden.
Nach dem Reinigen oder Austauschen müssen die Klingen wieder neu ausgerichtet werden. Die
Spitzen der oberen Klingenzacken sollten ca. 1.2 mm von der unteren Klinge entfernt sein.
Vergleichen Sie die Position der Klingen Ihres Gerätes bitte mit der Zeichnung (12).
Falls die Klingen nicht genau ausgerichtet sind, sollten Sie einige Tropfen Öl daraufgeben und
das Gerät ein paar Sekunden lang laufen lassen, dann ausschalten und den Stecker herausziehen.
Die Schrauben etwas lösen und die Klingen neu einstellen. Die Schrauben nach dem Ausrichten
der Klingen wieder festziehen (13).
Ändern Sie die Klingen sobald Sie merken, daß sie stumpf geworden sind.
VERSTELLHEBEL
Wenn beim Schneiden einige Haare zwischen den Klingen steckenbleiben, können Sie diese mit
Hilfe des Hebels entfernen, ohne die Klingen herausnehmen zu müssen. Der Hebel verlängert
außerdem die Lebensdauer ihrer Klingen die bei jeder Einstellung unterschiedlich abgenutzt
werden.
Der Hebel befindet sich der Einfachheit halber direkt neben Ihrem Daumen. Stellen Sie den
Hebel bei laufendem Gerät schnell einige Male von “kurzer Schnitt” auf “längerer Schnitt” (14).
Wenn Sie diesen Vorgang nach jedem Gebrauch des Gerätes wiederholen, können die Klingen
von Haarresten freigehalten werden.
ÖL
Die Klingen sollten regelmäßig geölt werden, damit das Gerät stets in einem guten Zustand ist
(15). Verwenden Sie kein Haaröl, Fett oder Öl, das mit Kerosin oder andere Lösungsmitteln
gemischt wurde. Die Lösungsmittel verdunsten und es bleibt lediglich dickes Öl zurück,
wodurch die Bewegungen der Klingen langsamer werden können.

reguliert werden. Falls die Stromspannung in Ihrem Haus gering ist, müssen Sie die Schraube
eventuell neu einstellen. Nehmen Sie einen Schraubenzieher oder ein dünnes Geldstück und
drehen Sie die Schraube solange im Uhrzeigersinn bis der Arm die Spule berührt und ein

UK STYLE PLUG WIRING INSTRUCTIONS (IN THE UK ONLY)
This product must only be used from a 13 amp power socket. If a BS1363 approved 13 amp plug is
used, it should be fitted with a 13 amp fuse. The wires on the power cord are colour coded:
blue = neutral, brown = live, green or green & yellow = earth.
The blue wire must be connected to the terminal marked N or coloured in black.
The brown wire must be connected to the terminal marked L or coloured in red.
The green (& yellow) wire must be connected to the terminal marked E or coloured in green (&
yellow).
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Make sure that your clipper is clean, properly oiled and in perfect working condition.
Place a towel around the neck of the person whose hair is to be cut to prevent hair from falling
inside the collar.
Have the person sit on a chair so that his/her head is at your eye’s level.
Comb the hair thoroughly and hold the clipper in a relaxed, comfortable grip. This will help you
maintain an accurate cutting control.
CUTTING HAIR WITH THE ATTACHMENT COMBS
To attach comb, hold it with teeth up and snap comb attachment firmly to the bottom of the clipper
blade (see picture 1):
Attachment comb #1...leaves hair approx. 1/8" in length
Attachment comb #2...leaves hair approx. 1/4" in length
Attachment comb #3...leaves hair approx. 3/8" in length
Attachment comb #4...leaves hair approx. 1/2" in length
Only cut a small amount of hair to start with until you become accustomed to the length each
attachment comb gives to the hair.
We suggest you try the longest attachment comb on the clipper first, then use the shorter one if
the desired length is shorter.
For uniform cutting, never push or force the clipper through the hair at a fast pace. The clipper
works most efficiently when it works at its own speed.
Start by combing the hair in its natural direction.
Attach the largest attachment comb to your clipper and start by trimming the sides from the
bottom upwards. Hold the clipper lightly against the hair with the comb teeth pointing up but flat
against the head. Slowly lift the clipper up and outward through the hair, cutting only a small
amount at a time (2+3).
If you want shorter hair, either change to a lower numbered attachment comb or apply more
pressure to the present attachment comb. This procedure requires practice, and it is always better
to leave too much hair during the first few haircuts (4).
For the top of the head, you will give a fairly short cut if you use the attachment comb #1. With
the teeth flat against the head, slowly start trimming from the front to the back. Again, it is better
to leave the hair longer at the beginning (5).

OUTLINING
Outlining requires no attachments. Take the clipper and push the lever up to the close-cut
position.
Comb hair into the required style. Position clipper between the sideburns and the ear. Make sure
the outer edge of the blade is against the hairline. With the outline of the hair as your guide,
slowly move the clipper around the ears (6). For the back of the neck and the sideburns, hold the
clipper upside down (7), and move downwards holding it against the skin at the length desired.
SHORT CUTS
Always cut from the back of the neck to the crown, using the longest attachment comb. Holding
it flat against the head, slowly move the clipper up through the hair. Use the same technique for
the sides, cutting from the bottom to the upper side of the head (8).
For the front of the crown, cut the hair against the direction in which it grows. Then even it up
with the sides (9).
For a flat top, use a flat comb, not the attachment comb. Just cut hair on top of the head over it.
To taper hair down to the neckline, use closer cutting attachment combs. Comb hair, check for
uneven spots and outline sideburns and neckline (10).
The four basic areas illustrated are your "road map" to easy do-it-yourself hair cutting (11).
MAINTENANCE
Your clipper was carefully examined before leaving our factory to ensure that the blades were
oiled and aligned.
Blades must be realigned if they have been removed for cleaning or replacement. To realign the
blades, simply match the upper and bottom blades teeth up, point for point. The end of the top
blade teeth should be approximately 1.2 mm away from bottom blade. Compare your clipper
blades with the sketch (12).

OIL
To maintain your clipper in peak condition, the blades should be oiled every few haircuts (15).
Do not use hair oil, grease or oil mixed with kerosene or any solvent, as the solvent will
evaporate and leave the thick oil which may slow down the blades' motion.
POWER SCREW
The power screw allows you to adjust the power. It has been adjusted before leaving the factory;
however, if the voltage in your home is low, you may need to re-adjust it. To adjust, use a

INTERVALLES D’UTILISATION
Cet appareil ne peut être utilisé de façon professionnelle. Vous devez respecter les pauses de
fonctionnement. Dans le cas contraire vous risqueriez d’endommager le moteur. Référez-vous à la
plaque signalétique de votre appareil pour connaître la durée maximale d’utilisation continue (notée
KB xx min. où xx est la durée maximale). Les pauses de fonctionnement doivent durer au moins 10
minutes.
AVANT DE COMMENCER
Assurez-vous que votre appareil est propre, huilé et en parfait état de marche.
Placez une serviette autour du cou de la personne à qui vous devez couper les cheveux pour
éviter que des cheveux ne tombent dans son cou.
Faites s'asseoir la personne afin que sa tête soit au niveau de vos yeux.
Démêlez les cheveux et prenez l’appareil d’une main souple et détendue, ce qui vous permettra
de contrôler la coupe.
UTILISATION DES PEIGNES
Pour fixer le peigne, tenez-le avec les dents dirigées vers le haut et fixez-le fermement au bas de la
lame de l’appareil (voir illustration 1):

Peigne #2...laisse 6 mm de longueur de cheveux

habituer à la longueur de coupe des différents peignes.

plus petit si vous désirez une coupe plus courte.
Pour obtenir une coupe uniforme, ne passez pas trop rapidement la tondeuse dans les cheveux.
L’appareil fonctionne à sa propre vitesse.
Commencez par peigner les cheveux de façon à ce qu’ils prennent leur forme naturelle.

Pour les contours, vous n’avez pas besoin d’utiliser les accessoires. Poussez le levier dans la
position cheveux courts.
Peignez vos cheveux dans la forme désirée. Commencez par les cheveux entre l’oreille et les
favoris en plaçant le côté de la tondeuse sur la peau. Dessinez les contours désirés (6). Pour
dessiner les favoris et la nuque, maintenez la tondeuse à la longueur désirée et déplacez-la vers
le bas (7).
CHEVEUX EN BROSSE ET CHEVEUX COURTS
Commencez par couper avec le plus long peigne en allant de la nuque vers le sommet de la tête.
Tenez le peigne à plat contre la tête et avancez doucement. Ensuite coupez les côtés de la même

ENTRETIEN
L’alignement et la lubrification des lames ont été vérifiés en usine
Les lames doivent être alignées après chaque nettoyage ou remplacement. Pour aligner les lames:
l’espace entre l’extrémité des dents de la lame supérieure et celle de la lame inférieure doit être
de 1,2 mm. Comparez la position des lames de votre tondeuse avec celle du dessin (12).

pris dans les lames sans enlever celles-ci. Actionnez plusieurs fois le levier pour enlever les

Pour une utilisation plus aisée, la manette se situe près de votre pouce, utilisez donc ce dernier
pour la manipuler. Elle vous permet d’ajuster les lames selon la coupe désirée. Vous obtiendrez
une coupe plus courte en resserrant les lames et plus longue en les espaçant.
LUBRIFICATION
Les lames doivent être huilées régulièrement pour garder l’appareil en bon état de
fonctionnement (15). N’utilisez pas de l’huile pour cheveux, de la graisse ou de l’huile contenant
du kérosène ou du dissolvant. Les dissolvants s’évaporent et l’huile restante ralentira les lames.

BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN

GEBRUIKSINTERVAL
Dit apparaat mag niet op professionele wijze gebruikt worden. U dient de gewenste pauzes toe te
passen. Bij het niet naleven kan de motor beschadigd worden. Gelieve de signalisatieplaat te
raadplegen welke u de optimale gebruiksduur zal aangeven. (KB xx min. waar xx is de maximale
gebruiksduur). De pauzes moeten minstens 10 minuten bedragen.
VOORBEREIDING
Let erop, dat het apparaat goed onderhouden, schoon en op de juiste wijze geölied is.
Leg een handdoek om de hals van de persoon om ervoor te zorgen dat het haar niet in de kraag
kan vallen.
Plaats de te knippen persoon zodanig op een stoel, dat zijn/haar hoofd zich op ooghoogte
bevindt.
Kam het haar zorgvuldig door en houdt het scheerapparaat losjes in de hand. Zo heeft U bij het
scheren steeds een goede controle over het apparaat.
GEBRUIK VAN DE KAMMEN
De kam met de tanden omhoog vast op het lemmet drukken (zie afbeelding 1):
Kam #1...voor ca. 3 mm lang haar
Kam #2...voor ca. 6 mm lang haar

Scheer eerst een klein gedeelte wanneer U het toestel voor het eerst gebruikt, zodat U aan de

Ga nooit te snel met de tondeuse door het haar. Houd U aan de snelheid, die bij het apparaat past.
Kam het haar daarna zodanig, dat het op natuurlijke wijze valt.
Gebruik de tondeuse eerst met de grootste kam en begin dan aan de zijkanten van onderen naar
boven. Houd de tondeuse zachtjes tegen het haar, waarbij de tanden van de kam plat op het
hoofd liggen, en haal de tondeuse dan van het haar af; scheer met kleine gedeelten (2+3).
Wilt U het haar korter geknipt hebben, dan dient U óf steviger te duwen óf een andere kam te
gebruiken. Het knippen van het haar vereist oefening en het is daarom aan te bevelen het haar
eerst langer te laten (4).
Wanneer U de kam #1 gebruikt kunt U het dekhaar tamelijk kort scheren. Houd de tanden vlak
op het hoofd en scheer langzaam van voren naar achteren. Het is ook hier beter het haar in het
begin langer te laten (5).
NASCHEREN
Om het haar verder bij te werken heeft U geen extra kam nodig. Zet de hefboom op de positie
voor kort haar.
Kam het haar zoals U het hebben wilt. Begin tussen de bakkebaarden en de oren. Let erop, dat de
punten van de tanden zich aan de haaruiteinden bevinden. Volg de ligging van het haar en scheer

HET SCHEREN VAN VLAK- EN KORT HAAR
Gebruik de langste kam een scheer telkens van het einde van de nek naar de kruin. Houd het
apparaat vlak tegen het hoofd en ga langzaam door het haar. Gebruik dezelfde techniek voor de
zijkanten (8).
Scheer nu het voorste haar tot aan de kruin in tegengestelde richting, en egaliseer daarna de
zijkanten (9).
Gebruik voor het scheren van vlak haar een gewone kam. Scheer daarmee het bovenste
hoofdhaar. Gebruik een opzetkam voor kort haar om het haar vanuit de nek spits toe te scheren.
Kam het haar, let op oneffenheden en werk tevens de bakkebaarden en de nek zelf bij (10).
De vier geïllustreerde grondvlakken zijn Uw "landkaart" voor het eenvoudige haarknippen (11).
ONDERHOUD
De tondeuse wordt voor verzending uitvoerig getest om er zeker van te zijn dat de messen
geölied en goed gesteld zijn.
Na het reinigen of verwisselen moeten de messen opnieuw gesteld worden. De punten van de
bovenste messen moeten ongeveer 1,2 mm van de onderste messen verwijderd zijn. Vergelijk de
positie van de messen van Uw apparaat met de tekening (12).
Indien de messen niet exact gesteld zijn, kunt U een druppel olie toevoegen en het apparaat
daarna een paar seconden laten lopen. Schakel het apparaat daarna uit en haal de stekker uit van
de wandkontaktdoos. Draai de schroeven los om het mes in te stellen. Daarna de schroeven weer
goed vastdraaien (13).
Vervang de messen wanneer ze bot zijn.
HEFBOOM
Door het gebruik van de hefboom worden de messen afzonderlijk gebruikt, wat hun levensduur
verlengt, en worden de haartjes die tussen de messen zitten verwijderd. Plaats de hefboom
tijdens het gebruik snel enkele keren in de posities hoog en laag.
De hefboom bevindt zich gemakshalve direkt naast Uw duim en zorgt ervoor, dat U het haar
trapsgewijs kunt verkorten (14).
SMERING
De messen moeten regelmatig geölied worden, zodat het apparaat in goede conditie blijft (15).
Gebruik geen haarolie, vet of olie dat met een oplosmiddel vermengd is. Het oplosmiddel
verdampt en het dikkere vet blijft achter, waardoor de bewegingen van de messen trager worden.
STROOMREGELSCHROEF
Met deze schroef kan de stroomtoevoer die voor de aflevering reeds ingesteld werd, aangepast
worden. Indien nodig, dient U de stroomtoevoer aan te passen aan die van Uw eigen
huisinstallatie. Neem hiertoe een schroevendraaier of een geldstuk en draai het zolang met de
klok mee tot de arm de spoel beroerd en een licht geruis veroorzaakt (16). De schroef er nu
langzaam uitwijzen (tegen de klok in) totdat het geruis verdwijnt. Hiermee is de maximale
stroomtoevoer geregeld.

CONSEJOS DE SEGURIDAD
Lea detenidamente el modo de empleo antes de la utilización de su aparato.
Antes de utilizar el aparato, compruebe que el voltaje de la red eléctrica coincide con el del
aparato.
No deje nunca su aparato sin vigilancia cuando esté en marcha. No lo deje ni al alcance de los
niños ni al de personas no responsables.

TIEMPO DE UTILIZACIÓN
Para una utilización óptima de su aparato y evitar el deterioro de su mutor, controle el tiempo de
utilización continuada máxima indicada en la placa de características. (KB xx min. donde xx es el
duración máxima). Pausa de utilización : 10 minutos.
ANTES DE LA PRIMERA UTILIZACIÓN
Asegúrese de su aparato está limpio, perfectamente lubrificado y en perfecto estado de
funcionamiento.
Coloque una servilleta alrededor del cuello de la persona a la que vaya a cortar los cabellos, para
evitar que los mismos le calgan sobre el cuello.
Hágalo sentar en una silla, de modo que los cabellos queden a la altura de sus ojos.
Peine los cabellos para quitar los nudos, tome el aparato con la mano firme y relatada. Esto le
ayudará a controlar el corte de una manera precisa.
COMO CORTAR LOS CABELLOS CON LOS DIFERENTES PEINES
Para fijar el peine, póngalo con los dientes hacia arriba y fíjelos firmemente a la base de la cuchilla
del aparato (Fig. 1):
Peine #1...deja 3 mm del cabello
Peine #2...deja 6 mm del cabello
Peine #3...deja 9 mm del cabello
Peine #4...deja 12 mm del cabello
Al principio corte solo algunos cabellos, hasta que se acostumbre a los diferentes peines.
Le aconsejamos empezar con el peine que deja la mayor longitud de cabellos en primer lugar, y
utilice a continuación el peine adecuado si desea una longitud menor del cabello.
Para cortar los cabellos de manera uniforme, no fuerce nunca el aparato. El cortapelo es más
eficaz si trabaja a su propia velocidad.
Comience peinando los cabellos siguiendo un movimiento natural.
Fije al cortapelo el peine más largo y empiece a cortar de los lados partiendo de la base.
Mantenga el cortapelo ligeramente contra los cabellos (con los dientes del peine hacia arriba)
paralelamente a la cabeza (2+3).
Si desea los cabellos mas cortos, utilice un peine de un numero inferior, o ejerza más presión
sobre el cortapelo manteniendo el mismo peine. El manejo de la máquina necesita práctica, es
mejor dejar pelo de más las primeras veces (4).
Para la parte superior de la cabeza, cortará Vd. demasiado pelo si utiliza directamente el peine
#1. Coloque los dientes del peine paralelamente a la cabeza y comience a cortar de delante hacia
atrás. Le recordamos que las primeras veces vale la pena dejar el cabello un poco largo (5).
ESQUILADO
Para esquilar no necesita el peine. Tome el cortapelo y coloque la manivela de regulación en
posición corte-corto.
Peine los cabellos en función del estilo deseado. Coloque el cortapelo como se indica en el
esquema (6). Asegúrese de que el borde de la cuchilla está contra los cabellos. El esquilado del

CORTES DE PELO "AL CEPILLO" PERFECTOS
Siempre partiendo de la base de la cabeza, para remontar utilizando el peine más largo. Coloque
el cortapelo paralelamente a la cabeza y páselo lentamente sobre los cabellos. Proceda de la
misma manera con el resto, partiendo de la base y remontando (8).
Para la parte delantera de la cabeza, corte los cabellos en el sentido inverso de su movimiento
natural. Después iguale por los lados (9).
Para que la cima de la cabeza quede recta, utilice un peine normal y no un peine a fijar en el
cortapelo. Corte simplemente los pelos que sobresalgan de los dientes del peine. Para igualar los
cabellos en la nuca utilice peines para "cortar lo mas cerca". Peine los cabellos y verifique la
uniformidad del corte. Esquile los lados y la nuca (10+11).
MANTENIMIENTO
La alineación y lubricación de las cuchillas han sido verificadas antes del envío.
Las cuchillas deben ser alineadas después de cada utilización o reemplazo. Para alinearlas, el
espacio entre el extremo de los dientes de la cuchilla superior y la de la inferior debe ser de 1,2
mm.
Compare la posición de las cuchillas de su aparato con la del dibujo (12).
Si la alineación es incorrecta, ponga algunas gotas de aceite sobre las cuchillas, y haga funcionar
el aparato un momento. Apáguelo y quite el enchufe. Afloje los tornillos para ajustar las
cuchillas. Apriete bien los tornillos cuando las cuchillas estén alineadas (13).
Cambie las cuchillas cuando estén desgastadas.
MANETA DE REGULACIÓN
La manecilla de regulación prolonga la vida de las cuchillas y permitte quitar los cabellos que
han quedado atrapados en las mismas sin quitarlas. Accione varias veces la palanca para quitar
los cabellos que han quedado entre las cuchillas (14).
Para una mejor utilización la manecilla se encuentra cerca del pulgar. Esta manecilla le permite
ajustar las cuchillas según el corte deseado. Obtendrá un corte más corto acercando las cuchillas,
y mas largo espaciándolas.
LUBRIFICACIÓN
Las cuchillas deben ser lubrificadas regularmente para conservar el aparato en buen estado de
funcionamiento (15). No utilice aceite para el pelo, grasa o aceite que contenga queroseno como
disolvente. Los disolventes se evaporan y el aceite ralentizará las cuchillas.
TORNILLO DE POTENCIA
Este tornillo le permite controlar el flujo eléctrico. Si la tensión es demasiado baja necesitará
regular el tornillo. Para regularlo tome un destornillador y gire el tornillo en el sentido de las
agujas del reloj hasta que oiga un ruido (16). Gire entonces el tornillo en el otro sentido hasta
que el ruido desaparezca. Ahora el cortapelo está a su potencia máxima.

PENSANDO NA VOSSA SEGURANÇA
Antes de utilizar o aparelho leia com sentido de responsabilidade as instruções de funcionamento.
Antes de ligar o aparelho à tomada que permite o acesso à corrente eléctrica certifique-se que é
igual à do aparelho.
O aparelho quando em funcionamento não pode ser abandonado e muito menos quando se tem
crianças ou pessoas que necessitem de ser vigidas.
O aparelho nunca deve funcionar com o cabo de alimentação danificado.
O aparelho destina-se ao uso domestico e tem de respeitar as instruções de utilização.
O aparelho nunca deve ser mergulhado em líquidos nem ser lavado em maquinas de lavar a loiça.
Não ponha o aparelho próximo de fontes de calor.
Quando o cabo se encontra danificado tem de ser substituído por técnicos competentes.

ANTES DE UTILIZAR O APARELHO
Verifique se o aparelho está em condições de ser utilizado.
Ponha uma toalha á volta do pescoço antes de começar a cortar o cabelo.
A cabeça da pessoa a que se vai cortar o cabelo tem de estar ao nivel dos nossos alhos.
Despenteie o cabelo e pegue no aparelho de forma firme e decidida de maneira a contralar o
corte.
USO DOS PENTES
Para fixar o pente, tenha-o com os bicos do pente para cima e fixe-os por baixo da lâmina do
aparelho.
Pente # 1- comprimento cabelo 3 mm
Pente # 2- comprimento cabelo 6 mm
Pente # 3- comprimento cabelo 9 mm
Pente # 4- comprimento cabelo 12 mm
Na primeira utilizacão corte apenas um pouco de cabelo para que haja um conhecimento dos
diferentes cortes das lâminas.
Aconselha-se que se inicie o corte pelo pente # 4
Se pretende um corte uniforme passe levemente o aparelho pelos cabelos. O aparelho tem uma
velocidade de corte.
Penteie os cabelos deixando-os na forma natural.
Use o aparelho com o pente #4 e no corte dos lados faça-o debaixo para cima. Mantenha o
aparelho de forma suave contra os cabelos colocando os dentes do pente de forma plana e para
cima. Desligue cuidadosamente o aparelho de modo a que este corte pouco cabelo po cada
movimento (2).
Se pretende um corte de cabelo curto instale o pente mais pequeno ou com o pente que estiver a
usar pressione mais to aparelho de modo a que este deslize com menos inclinação .
Este corte exige prática pelo que aconselhamos o corte curto por etapas (4).
Se estiver a usar o pente #1 então pode curtar ao nivel do crâneo. Ponhas os dentes do pente em
plano contra a cabeça e corte da frente para trás. (Não faça de imediato o corte curto).
CONTORNOS
Para os contornos não precisa de acessórios. Ponha a alavanca na posição de corte curto.
Penteise os cabelos como desejar. Começe pelos contornos das orelhas. Faça o contorno
pretendido (6). Para tal tenha o aparelho na vertical e movimente-a para baixo (7).
CORTE NORMAL / CORTE CURTO
Inicie o corte com o pente # 4 e movimente da nuca para o cimo da cabeça.
Mantenha o pente no plano contra os cabelos e corte suavemente. Corte os lados com o mesmo
procedimento (8).
Corte os cabelos da frente para o cimo do cranio e o mesmo para os lados (9).
No corte curto use o pente adequado
Para fazer o efeito escadeado dos cabelos da nuca utilize um pente de menor corte. Penteie os
cabelos e veja se o corte apresenta irregularidades (10).

As quatro areas basicas que ilustramos em (11) ajudará ao corte mais correcto.
Aconselhamos o uso do aparelho por pessoas que dominem a tecnica do corte.
LIMPEZA
O alinhamento e a lubrificação das lâminas foram verificadas na fabricação.
As lâminas tem de ser alinhadas em cada limpeza ou substituição.
Para alinhar as lâminas : o intervalo entre a extremidade dos dentes da lâmina superior e da
inferior tem de ser 1.2 mm. Compare com a ilustração (12).
Se o alinhamento estiver incorrecto lubrifique as lâminas e faça trabalhar o aparelho por alguns
instantes. Desligue o aparelho e retire o cabo da tomada.
Desaperte o parafuso para apertar as lâminas. Reaperte convenientemente os parafusos
quando tirar as lâminas alinhadas.
Substitua as lâminas quando estas estiverem danificadas.
REGULAÇÃO
Protégé as lâminas e permite que os cabelos do corte caiam. Movimente a alavanca
sucessivamente (14).
Para uma utilização mais comoda, a alavanca encontra-se perto do polegar pelo que deve usar na
manipulação do aparelho e no ajuntamento das lâminas.
LUBRIFICAÇÃO
As lâminas tem de ser aleadas para que o aparelho se encontre em bom estado de funcionamento.
Use óleo próprio para o aparelho.
BARULHO / VIBRAÇÃO
A regulação faz-se através do movimento do parafuso que se faz no sentido do ponteiros do
relógio até se ouvir « clic » (16). A seguir faça no sentido contrario até o barulho desaparecer.

INTERVALLI D’UTILIZZO
Quest’apparecchio non può essere utilizzato in maniera professionale. E' obbligatorio effettuare delle
pause durante il funzionamento. Se non si rispetta questa notizia il motore potrebbe essere
danneggiato. Verificare sulla targa dati dell’apparecchio la durata massima d’utilizzo continuo (KB
xx min dove xx è la durata massima). Le pause devono durare almeno 10 minuti.
PRIMA DELL'UTILIZZO
Assicurarsi che l'apparecchio sia in ordine, oliato ed in perfetto stato di funzionamento.
Mettere una salvietta intorno al collo della persona alla quale dovete tagliare i capelli per evitare
che dei capelli cadano sul collo.
Fare sedere la persona in modo che la sua testa sia all'altezza degli occhi.
Districare i capelli e prendere l'apparecchio con la mano morbida e distesa; questo permetterà di
controllare il taglio.
UTILIZZO DEI PETTINI
Per fissare il pettine, tenerlo con i denti verso l'alto e fissarlo fermamente alla base della lama
dell'apparecchio (V. illustrazione 1).
Pettine n°1…taglia i capelli lunghi 3 mm
Pettine n°2…taglia i capelli lunghi 6 mm
Pettine n°3…taglia i capelli lunghi 9 mm
Pettine n°4…taglia i capelli lunghi 12 mm
La prima volta che si utilizza l'apparecchio, tagliare una piccola lunghezza onde abituarsi al
taglio dei diversi pettini.
Vi consigliamo ugualmente di cominciare con il pettine più grande, passando a quello più
piccolo se desiderate un taglio più corto.
Per ottenere un taglio uniforme, non passare troppo rapidamente l'apparecchio nei capelli.
L'apparecchio ha una sua velocità di funzionamento.
Incominciare pettinando i capelli in modo che prendano la loro forma naturale.
Utilizzare prima l'apparecchio con il pettine più grande e tagliare i lati dal basso verso l'alto.

Per dare forma alle basette ed alla nuca, tenere l'apparecchio alla lunghezza desiderata e
spostarla verso il basso (7).
CAPELLI A SPAZZOLA E CAPELLI CORTI
Cominciare a tagliare con il pettine più lungo andando dalla nuca alla sommità della testa.
Tenere il pettine di piatto contro la testa ed avanzare dolcemente. Dopo tagliare i lati nello stesso
modo (8).
Tagliare mantenendo i capelli della fronte verso la sommità della testa e pareggiare con i lati.
Per i capelli corti, non utilizzare un pettine adattabile. Utilizzare uno dei pettini staccabili più
piccoli per sfumare la nuca. Pettinare i capelli e verificare che non ci siano irregolarità di taglio
(10).
Le vignette illustrate Vi aiuteranno a tagliare correttamente i Vostri capelli (11).
MANUTENZIONE
Verificare l'allineamento e la lubrificazione delle lame prima dell'utilizzo.
Le lame devono essere allineate dopo ogni pulizia o sostituzione.
Per allineare le lame: lo spazio fra l'estremità dei denti della lama superiore e quello della lama
inferiore deve essere di mm 1,2. Raffrontare la posizione delle lame del Vs. tagliacapelli con
quella del disegno (12).
Se l'allineamento non è corretto, mettere qualche goccia d'olio sulle lame e far funzionare per
qualche istante l'apparecchio. Spegnere e togliere la spina. Svitare le viti per sistemare le lame.
Riavvitare le viti quando le lame sono allineate (13).
Cambiare le lame quando non sono più affilate.
MANOPOLA DI REGOLAZIONE
La manopola di regolazione prolunga la vita delle lame e permette di togliere i capelli rimasti
nelle lame senza toglierle. Azionare più volte la leva per togliere i capelli (14).
Per un utilizzo più agevole, la manopola deve essere posizionata vicino al Vs. pollice. Essa Vi
permette di sistemare le lame secondo il taglio desiderato. Si ottiene un taglio più corto
chiudendo le lame e più lungo spaziandole.
LUBRIFICAZIONE
Le lame devono essere oliate regolarmente per mantenere l'apparecchio in buono stato di
funzionamento (15). Non utilizzate olio per capelli od olio contenente kerosene o solventi. I
solventi evaporano e l'olio rimasto rallenta le lame.
VITE DI POTENZA
Questa vite permette di controllare l'apporto dell'elettricità. Se la tensione è troppo bassa,
occorrerà regolare la vite. Per regolare la vite, prendete un cacciavite o una monetina e ruotate in
senso orario finché non sentirete che il motore diventa rumoroso (16). Ruotate quindi la vite
nell'altro senso finché il rumore si ferma. Il tagliacapelli è così alla potenza massima.
