Se il cavo di alimentazione è troppo lungo, spingerlo nell'apposito alloggiamento situato
dietro l'apparecchio.
PRIMO UTILIZZO
Quando si usa l‟apparecchio per la prima volta, versare la quantità di olio desiderata nel
contenitore, assicurandosi che il livello sia tra il minimo e il massimo indicato.
Si consiglia di usare un olio idoneo alla frittura. Verificare l‟etichetta sulla bottiglia. Se si
vogliono utilizzare grassi solidi, tagliarli in piccoli pezzi. Collegare l‟apparecchio, regolare il
termostato sul minimo e aggiungere poco a poco il grasso. Dopo che il grasso si è sciolto,
azionare il termostato alla temperatura desiderata. ATTENZIONE: LA MANCATA
OSSERVANZA DELLE PRESENTI ISTRUZIONI POTREBBE DANNEGGIARE GRAVEMENTE
L’APPARECCHIO.
NOTA: ciascuna delle vasche funziona indipendentemente. Se si vogliono utilizzare
simultaneamente entrambe le vasche, bisogna collegare i due cavi d’alimentazione.
PRERISCALDAMENTO
Accendere la friggitrice e regolare il termostato sulla temperatura desiderata.
Attendere circa 10- 15 minuti affinché l‟olio raggiunga la temperatura corretta.
In questi minuti la spia si accenderà e si spegnerà più volte.
Con un buon preriscaldamento dell‟olio si otterranno fritture croccanti e dorate.
UTILIZZO
Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente e regolare il termostato alla temperatura
desiderata. La spia luminosa di funzionamento (3) e quella di temperatura (4) si
accendono. Quando si raggiunge la temperatura desiderata, la spia di temperatura (4) si
spegne. Quando la temperatura si abbassa, il termostato si riavvia e la spia si accende
nuovamente, e così via.
Non mettere il coperchio sull'apparecchio durante l‟uso. Può solo essere messo quando la
friggitrice abbia raffreddato per evitare che polveri entrino nella vasca.
Una volta raggiunta la temperatura impostata, sollevare il cestello dall‟olio con
l‟impugnatura ed agganciarlo sul bordo del contenitore.
Mettere il cibo nel cestello e poi immergerlo nell‟olio.
Una volta cotto il cibo, rimontare il cestello e agganciarlo sul bordo del contenitore per
lasciare sgocciolare il cibo.
Se necessario, si può tirare fuori il cestello.
Assicurarsi che il cibo sia ben cotto dentro e fuori.
Questa friggitrice non è dotata di un interruttore acceso/spento separato. Dopo l‟uso,
posizionare il termostato sulla posizione “0°C” e staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
Non maneggiare l‟apparecchio, prima che l‟olio o il grasso si siano totalmente raffreddati.
PER MIGLIORI RISULTATI
Asciugare bene il cibo prima di metterlo nella friggitrice. Se il cibo è troppo umido
possono esserci schizzi d‟olio bollente ed rischio che l‟olio fuoriesca.
Il cibo dovrebbe essere tagliato in pezzi con dimensioni uguali per una cottura uniforme.
Alcuni cibi possono essere impanati o ricoperti di pasta per friggere.
Prima di mettere il cibo nel cestello, aspettare che il preriscaldamento sia terminato e che
la spia luminosa si spenga.
Non riempire troppo il cestello.
