MARMELLATA DI FRAGOLE

Per preparare marmellata facilmente.
Tagliare la frutta a pezzi di 1cm. Invece di utilizzare zucchero normale, prendere zucchero
speciale per marmellata che si trova nel commercio.
Dopo aver premuto START/STOP, c’è un periodo di preriscaldamento (l'apparecchio sarà attivo
soltanto alla fine di questo periodo).
Ingredienti:
900gr di fragole fresche tagliate a pezzi di 1cm
500gr di zucchero speciale
1 cucchiaio di succo di limone.
1. Misurare gli ingredienti con precisione e versare nella forma.
2. Sistemare correttamente la forma nell’apparecchio. Chiudere il coperchio.
3. Scegliere il programma desiderato.
4. Premere START/STOP.
5. Con guanti di protezione, togliere il dolce dalla macchina dopo la fine della cottura.
6. Versare la marmellata in un vaso pulito e sterilizzato e chiudere con un coperchio
sterilizzato. Conservare nel frigorifero.

Ingredienti:
8 cucchiai di burro
8 cucchiai di zucchero
5 uova
1 ½ misura di farina ogni uso
1 ½ cucchiaio di succo di limone
1 ½ cucchiaino di lievito artificiale
Consiglio: durante la mescolanza, grattare le pareti del recipiente per assicurarsi una
mescolanza omogenea.
1. Misurare gli ingredienti con precisione e versare nella forma rispettando l’ordine dato nella
ricetta (ingredienti liquidi prima).
2. Sistemare correttamente la forma nell’apparecchio. Chiudere il coperchio.
3. Scegliere il programma desiderato.
4. Premere START/STOP.
5. Con guanti di protezione, togliere il dolce dalla macchina dopo la fine della cottura.
6. Lasciar raffreddare il dolce su una griglia.
