2 ½ misure di farina ogni uso o farina da pane
3 cucchiaini di lievito rapido
2 1/5 misure d’acqua calda (48°C-50°C)
½ misura di pesto
2 cucchiai di latte in polvere
2 cucchiai di zucchero
2/3 cucchiaino di sale
3 ¼ misure di farina ogni uso o farina da pane

1. Misurare gli ingredienti con precisione e versare nella forma rispettando l’ordine dato nella
ricetta (ingredienti liquidi prima).
2. Sistemare correttamente la forma nell’apparecchio. Chiudere il coperchio.
3. Scegliere il programma desiderato.
4. Scegliere la colorazione desiderata della crosta.
5. Premere START/STOP.
6. Con guanti di protezione, togliere il pane dalla macchina dopo la fine della cottura.
7. Lasciar raffreddare il pane su una griglia per almeno un’ora prima di tagliarlo.
PASTA PER LA PIZZA

Per preparare la pasta senza cuocere il pane. Si può preparare qualsiasi pasta, che può essere
lavorata per fare pizza, piccoli pani, bretzel, frittelle e pani rotondi o intrecciati che devono
essere cotti nel forno o fritti in una friggitrice.
Ingredienti:
1 ¼ misura d’acqua
½ cucchiaino di sale
2 cucchiai d’olio d’oliva
2 ½ misure di farina ogni uso o di farina da pane
1 ½ cucchiaino di lievito rapido
1. Misurare gli ingredienti con precisione e versare nella forma rispettando l’ordine dato nella
ricetta (ingredienti liquidi prima).
2. Sistemare correttamente la forma nell’apparecchio. Chiudere il coperchio.
3. Scegliere il programma desiderato. Premere START/STOP.
4. Quando il ciclo è terminato, togliere la pasta dalla forma.
5. Stendere la pasta e lasciarla lievitare durante 10 minuti.
6. Versare la salsa di pomodori e ripartire gli ingredienti desiderati sulla pasta.
7. Cuocere al forno tradizionale durante 15 minuti circa a 200°C.
