and folded in order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm
width x 210 mm height). When folding, make sure you

L'apparecchio emette vari segnali sonori.
1 segnale lungo: l'apparecchio è messo in funzionamento.
1 segnale corto: un pulsante di programmazione valida è stato premuto.
Più segnali successivi durante il funzionamento: la funzione "aggiungere ingredienti" è stata
attivata.
10 segnali corti: il programma è terminato.
UTILIZZAZIONE
1. Aprire il coperchio e togliere la forma girandola nel senso antiorario per sbloccarlo e tirare
la maniglia verso sé (fig. 1, pagina 5). Non versare mai ingredienti nella forma quando si
trova nell’apparecchio, per evitare di far cadere ingredienti nelle parti interne della
vasca. Sempre sistemare la forma su una superficie stabile.
2. Sistemare l’impastatrice sull’asse, all’interno della forma, allineando la parte piatta
dell’accessorio con la parte piatta dell’asse (fig. 2, pagina 5). Assicurarsi che l’asse sia
esente di ogni residuo di pasta e che l’impastatrice sia ben sistemata. Attenzione: se
l’impastatrice non è sistemata bene, può staccare durante l’impastatura, il che
danneggerebbe la mescolanza.
3. Scegliere una ricetta tra quelle descritte nel paragrafo “Ricette”. Seguendo quelle
istruzioni:
o Misurare gli ingredienti come indicato nel paragrafo “Dosaggio degli ingredienti”
o Versare sempre gli ingredienti nella forma nell’ordine indicato nella ricetta.
o Aggiungere sempre il lievito per ultimo. Assicurarsi che non entri in contatto ne con gli
ingredienti liquidi, ne con il sale.
4. Rimettere la forma nell’apparecchio. Conficcarla e farla girare nel senso orario fino
all’agganciare nel fondo dell’apparecchio.
5. Chiudere il coperchio e collegare l’apparecchio. Posizionare l’interruttore situato sulla
parte posteriore dell’apparecchio su “acceso” (1). Un segnale si farà sentire e “3:00”
apparirà sullo schermo ma i“:” non scintilleranno. Il programma iniziale apparirà sullo
schermo.
6. Scegliere il programma adeguato alla ricetta premendo sul pulsante “MENU” del
pannello di controllo. Ogni pressione su quel pulsante fa passare il numero dello schermo
alla regolazione successiva. Premere il pulsante fino al segnale sonoro.
7. Scegliere l’intensità di colorazione adeguata per la crosta del pane premendo sul
pulsante “croûte”. Ogni pressione sul quel pulsante fa passare la freccia sullo schermo da
“Medio” a “Scuro”, poi “Chiaro”.
8. Scegliere il peso adeguato della pagnotta premendo il pulsante “poids”. Ogni volta che si
preme su quel pulsante, il punto sulla visualizzazione passa da un ciclo all’altro.
9. Premere il pulsante “START/STOP”. La durata di cottura in ore e minuti appare sullo
schermo. Per esempio, se si sceglie una ricetta che richiede il programma "Standard" per
un pane di 675gr in cui la crosta ha una colorazione media. Si vedrà “3:00” sullo schermo.
Finché il pane sia pronto, sullo schermo apparirà il tempo residuale, che diminuisce minuto
per minuto. Quando si utilizzano i programmi “standard”, “sfilatino”, “grano intero”,
“brioche” o “sandwich”, si sentirà un segnale che indica che si possono aggiungere gli
ingredienti. Aprire il coperchio e aggiungere gli ingredienti. Attenzione: vapore potrebbe
fuoriuscire quando si apre il coperchio.
Nota: Quando il pulsante START/STOP è stato premuto, è impossibile modificare le
regolazioni con gli altri pulsanti.
