Daca gaura lamei este infundata, curatati cu o scobitoare, asigurandu-va ca nu zgariati lama.
Lama poate fi de asemenea pusa in masina de spalat.
3. Capacul cu vizor
Curatati cu o bucata umeda de material. Nu scufundati niciodata in apa sau alt lichid.
4. Carcasa interioara
Daca este necesar puteti curate de asemenea si carcasa interioara. Folositi si acolo o
bucata umeda de material. Asigurati-va ca s-a racit inainte de a o curate. Asigurati-va ca
este uscata in totalitate inainte sa porniti aparatul.
5. Carcasa exterioara
Curatati cu o bucata umeda de material. Nu scufundati nicodata aparatul in apa sau alt
lichid.
DESCRIEREA PROGRAMELOR SI SUGESTII DE RETETE
MEMORIA
Daca are loc o pana de curent in timpul functionarii aparatului, procesul va fi continuat
automat fara a apasa tasta START/STOP daca pana se remediaza in 15 minute. Daca pana
dureaza mai mult de 15 minute memoria nu poate fi pastrata si aparatul trebuie repornit. Daca
ciclul programului nu a deposit faza de framantare, doar reporniti programul. Daca programul
a trecut de faza de framantare, dar nu a ajuns la inceputul fazei de coacere, folositi
programul de coacere “CUISSON” care va incepe procesul de coacere. Totusi, daca
programul era in mijlocul procesului de coacere, este de dorit sa inlocuiti aluatul si sa incepeti
din nou deoarece programul de coacere ar putea fi prea lung si ar putea arde aluatul.

Program: 1 (Standard) Culoarea crustei: deschisa/medium/inchisa (clair/moyen/foncé)

Aceasta setare se foloseste pentru paini care folosesc faina alba; desi anumite retete pot
include si cantitati mici de faina integrala. Painea va fi mai densa decat cea frantuzeasca sau
painea dulce.
Ingrediente:
675gr
900gr
1 ¼ cana cu apa
1 lingura cu unt/margarina
1 lingurita de sare
1 ½ lingura de lapte praf
2 linguri de zahar
3 cani de faina buna la toate sau pentru
paine
1 ¼ lingurite de drojdie cu crestere rapida
1 1/3 cana cu apa
1 ½ lingura cu unt/margarina
1 ¾ lingurita de sare
2 lingura de lapte praf
2 ½ linguri de zahar
3 ½ boluri de masura de faina buna la toate
sau pentru paine
1 ½ lingurite de drojdie cu crestere rapida
1. Masurati ingredientele cu acuratete si adaugati in tava pentru copt in ordinea precizata
in lista de mai sus (ingredientele lichide primele).
2. Puneti tava in aparat. Inchideti capacul.
3. Selectati programul dorit.
4. Selectati culoarea dorita a crustei.
5. Selectati marimea painii.
6. Apasati tasta START/STOP.
7. Folosind manusi de bucatarie, scoateti painea dup ace s-a scurs timpul pentru coacere.
