Lichide/lapte
Lichide precum lapte sau o combinatie de lapte praf si apa pot fi folosite cand se face paine.
Laptele va imbunatati aroma,va conferi o textura catifelata si va inmuia crusta, in timp ce apa
va inaspri crusta. Folositi numai lapte praf atunci cand planificati pornirea cu decalaj. Unele
retete au nevoie de suc (portocale, mere) pentru a imbunatati aroma.
Ouale
Ouale adauga o textura catifelata aluatului. Folositi numai oua mari pentru aceste retete.
Untul uleiu si margarina
Untul uleiul si margarina imbunatatesc textura painii cu drojdie. Totusi painea facuta cu unt
ramane proaspata mai mult timp. Daca untul sau margarina sunt folosite direct din frigider, ar
trebui sa fie taiate in bucati mici pentru a fi mai usor amestecate in timpul ciclului de
framantare.
Praful de copt
Praful de copt este un agent afanator folosit pentru painea si prajiturile rapide. Acest gen de
agent nu are nevoie de timp de crestere deoarece reactia chimica are loc in timpul
procesului de coacere.
Bicarbonatul de sodiu
Bicarbonatul de sodium este un alt agent afanator care nu trebuie confundat sau substituit cu
praful de copt. Nici acesta nu are nevoie de timp de crestere.
Glazuri speciale pentru painea cu drojdie
Selectati una din urmatoarele glazuri pentru a imbunatati painea:
Glazura de oua: Bateti un ou mare impreuna cu o lingura de apa si aplicati-l din belsug.
Aplicati-l numai aluatului inainte de a-l coace in cuptorul obisnuit.
Crusta de unt topit: Aplicati unt topit peste painea abia coapta pentru o crusta moale.
Glazura de lapte: Pentru o crusta mai moale si mai lucioasa aplicati pe painea abia coapta
lapte sau frisca.
Glazura dulce: Amestecati o cana de zahar cernut cu 1 sau 2 lingurite de lapte pentru a
obtine o glazura consistenta. Presarati pe painea dulce.
Mac/susan/seminte de chimen/faina de porumb/faina de ovaz:
Presarati la alegere peste painea abia glazurata.

Fereastra de afisaj:
Afiseaza numarul programului.
Afiseaza o numaratoare din minut in minut pentru timpul de coacere.
Afiseaza o eroare (codurile de avertizare sunt “E:EE” si “H:HH”).
